This channel and the FB group have both been invaluable to me since picking up my 2005 T1N about 6 months ago. My 9 Yo so and I just got back from our first big trip in it. We covered about 3,000 miles through Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona and California and had an amazing time. At 167K miles, the van performed perfectly. Thank you.

Please share some photos and stories of your trip in the Facebook group so it is not all about repairs. Share the reasons we love our vans and destinations they take us.

What a pain in the crack that is but at least Sprinter makes it easy to fix. I changed out both of those plastic pieces from your last vid.. been about 2 years now and they held up great.

Thingaverse and Printables has some shuttles that you can 3D print but I may try this next time 👍🏼

I am curious about why the problem occurred in the first place and whether it is likely to happen again.

The piece that connects the actuator arm to the window is made of plastic and that cracks and breaks with wear.
I ended up 3D printing a new one and putting it in with a 1/4-20 bolt.
