after extensive research on the matter and much dilberation ,I have come to a rather unfortnate conclusion that, we were wrong the answer was 392.375. as we made the understanable blunder of not realising that the reaction is exothermic and not endothermic

This means if you did reactant - product, it would result in a positive and not a negative energy change, aka +2219, which means the product lost energy. Aka an exothermic reaction. Making it negative would be an endothermic reaction.
