No dear you can't. We Nigerians our ALIEXPRESS is in naira too that's y we pay the equivalent amount of naira to dollar using bank rate. That was y things were cheaper But now we can't use that naira to pay directly so that's y we need to convert it to dollar, because they no longer take naira
