Aliexpress didn't ban Nigerian cards, CBN stopped Nigerian cards from international purchases. Don't make it sound like Aliexpress doesn't want Nigeria.

The CVV of the card I got from chipper card was incorrect and I could not use it and it was later blocked

Why can’t we use dollar amount from normal bank
Dollar rate for our physical bank is around 450-500 but this chipper and payday is around 700 this will make the product more expensive
