- It is essential for Professional Football Players to use a foam roller on a regular basis in order to avoid injury or as a method of recovery.
I personally foam roller 3 to 5 times a week. I do this routine either before or after a intense practice session.
This foam roller routine can also be used as a method of activating your muscles before a Football Match.
