To get up to the crane parachute it's easier to land on the construction roof and walk across the red pipe which allows you to only climb two ladders instead of taking 3 minutes to get all the way up.

Yes. After you complete all the last story mission, regardless of if all of Lester’s assassination missions have been completed except the first one since it’s mandatory, each character gets new outfits. Most of the are outfits seen in story missions that weren’t accessible/wearable normally. Others are just random things like underwear outfits, dresses (Trevor only), you unlock the ability to have characters shirtless. But one of the new unlocked Trevor outfits is the pink ladies sweat, or Patricia’s clothes.
😩 fucking Goddamn, I only had to replay for missed Random Events, an entire character's side quests (no story spoilers), and/or redistributing who bought all the properties; pretty much personal preference, not because of being blocked out of 100%! 😣
I may have the answer. For some reason on this one jump 5 didn't show up on my map. If this is the one you can't find go to where the marker is and the parachute should be there select star parachuting and it should take you up to the top of the building. Hope that helps.
There is another path to get to the tower crane top, No need to waste more than 15 mins to climb the ladder!!!!!!!!!!!! You land on the roof of the constructing building besides the tower crane by helicopter. Then you can see a crossing red steel frame linking between the crane and the building. Press L3 and be very careful to walk on it. Then you can jump to the crane.
On jump 13 (my 13 was different than your 13, it was the one just north of the one you listed as 13) the pilot just keeps flying around. He's been going flying erratically for 20 min and won't stop. Anyone else have this same issue?
Anyone who's map only shows 12 parachute jumps instead of the required 13 this might help. After I completed the mission Derailed jump #8 in the above video "Runaway Train" dissapeared. I was freaking out because I only had one extra current save slot that I saved over soon after this. I kept playing through the story missions and after completing Trevors mission Hang Ten the Jump #8 "Runaway Train" reapeared. After I completed this jump the icon on the map for Dom's final (Strangers & Freaks) mission "Uncalculated Risk" appeared. I'd complete Uncalculated Risk right away just to be safe. I don't know if you need to do it right away but it seems like a lot of people are having issues with this so I would.
