In Texas they wouldn't let something like innocence interfere with executing someone.
@@jackbraddell1124 yeah. Texas is pretty brutal towards its citizens.
Where does his WIFE stand in all of this ? Did she detect in him something horrendous that led her to believe he was CAPABLE of this ? Or HAS she stuck WITH HIM year after year BELIEVING in him ? IF…..IF……she walzed off, divorced him, and moved on, then TO ME, this tells me that MOST LIKELY the sentence IS CORRECT . HER actions would make up MY MIND. 9-17-2024
She was never married to him, and so far as I know hasn't spoken to the media at all from what I've looked up. It's weird she has not said anything one side or the other, but given that she seemed okay with granting custody and remaining silent afterwards, I'm guessing she wasn't in the picture much. Her parents still saw Robert and Nikki frequently.

@@carolcole570from everything read up on this case and the lack of any discussion regarding her, I kinda doubt it. A lead like that would be mentioned. I'm leaning on this being an unfortunate case of "natural" causes based on the science that has been brought up in the following years. I'm not an expert, but with that much suggestion and little proof that Roberson did anything to cause the death of his daughter, imo it's enough to truly reexamine the justice system.
