LEADING TO THE HIGH PASTURE

Today, on the 25th Sunday After Trinity, we meditate on the meaning of Christ’s leadership in our lives, through pain, suffering, conviction, and confession. We read through Ezekiel 34:11-16, 20-24, Philippians 4:4-7, Matthew 25:31-46, and follow it by a joint reading of Psalm 23. This encouraging sermon prompts us to ask ourselves what our true relationship with Christ really is - how much we are willing to allow Him to be our Lord, King, Shepherd and Guide?
