- Hello my sparkling sunflowers, if your brain just can't seem to turn off to get to sleep, this video is perfect for you. A gentle sleep hypnosis session to help quiet your mind and get you deep asleep!
There's a timestamp halfway through the video if you would prefer to have to pendulum at 2/3rds speed instead of full speed.
Triggers included are pendulum hypnosis, sleep hypnosis, guided meditation, breathing exercises, body scan, countdown, layered sounds of waves, and more. I'll start with softly speaking, but transition into full whispering once we get into the session.

I thought I could keep up with that pendulum, but wow I have been hypnotized.
This was my first ever time using daylight as my main light source, so they definitely showed up a lot more!

I really appreciate that you did a version with the pendulum slowed down. Honestly, on videos like this, I just look at the eyes because I find the pendulum swinging distracting at best (if not nauseating to watch), so the slow motion really improves it for me.

Then, I looked to the right and see this beautiful city of Windsor, Ontario, Canada! WOW!!😍😍😍😍😍😍. I said to myself, "Canada is a beautiful place to eat, riding bikes at the park and smell the fresh air with my eyes closed." So...yeah. Plus, this pendulum necklace is so magical to hear your beautiful voice in about a couple of miles between the city and a small town. Well done!💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐💖👍. And one more thing, a second bridge is connected to Canada and the USA 🇺🇸 between the freeway and the warehouse factories. It's called the Gordie Howe Bridge.😍😍😍😍😍😍👍.
