I heard "Amen Sister" and I thought it was the person who did this video until the Judge said something and all I could do was laugh.

His parents missed a perfectly good opportunity to call him Richard instead of Rick 😂
In all seriousness, this was horrible. Shame on them

Judge is not a MILF per se but perhaps younger she was a honey.

This is ridiculous! That prosecutor (for the people) is so lackadaisical. His face says, "I have no intention of moving a finger." Sickening.

He MUST be seen by a neurologist to be evaluated for dementia and if he has it, at what level is he? It’s an injustice for someone with dementia to be in jail! They need special treatment in a closed unit and memory care.

Judges being upset or angry does absolutely nothing. The executive branch, aka the prosecutor and the cops, don’t have to do what they say, unless it is specific to the case. She should have dismissed the case under speedy trial.

Actually judges do have the legal authority, at least from a legal standpoint, when they issue an order within the bounds of the statute. If what you are saying is true they don't have to follow what a judge says, then a dismissal would not apply. The judge should have issued an order right then, instead of requesting the defense attorney drafting it.
