    Aha fellow-traveller! I have done the same thing you have with the pie filling in moderating it for low carbs, except I didn't have a low carb condensed milk. THANK YOU FOR IT! And I use the small mason jars so I can vacuum seal them. For the holiday I make the same filling again, but do put it in a pie crust for the family. Since I have my own portion, I'm not tempted by theirs.

      Great idea to use mason jar -- I'll bet they make some wide mouth, 8-ounce jars perfect for this! ❤
