Irritable Male Syndrome

In this video, psychotherapist Jed Diamond is interviewed by local radio celebrity Barry Vogel, based in Ukiah, CA. Jed discusses some of the physical and external issues that may occur in a male, particularly during midlife years, and account for irritability and hostility and which may cause disruption in relationships. He further reveals some of his own strategies for overcoming these issues with a view toward healing couples' disconnections.
This video was originally taped in 2010 by independent videographer Al Rosen, based in Willits, California. The historic town of Willits was founded around 1870 and participated heavily in the vigorous redwood trade with San Francisco and other worldwide ports and continued until the era of world War 2.
The video was originally aired locally by Willits Community Television which is the public access station in Willits, Mendocino County, California. The station, which has been in continuous operation for over 25 years, operates out of the historic Carnegie Library Building, which was erected in 1915.
