I just brought home all the ingredients for Sausage Tortellini Soup and made this for tonight's dinner. The taste test was sooo good! I also added Sourdough bread with Roasted Brussel Sprouts salad. What a wonderful meal!!
Made your delicious tortellini sausage soup added celery red wine baby spinach. It was an epic meal with crusty three cheese semolina bread to dunk and the rest of the bottle of a nice Chianti ❤. My new girlfriend was in awe of me , Hronia polla. 😊
I made this soup today for our Bible study group, everyone thought it was amazing. I did add parmesan rind and hot Italian sausage and sweet Italian sausage because I doubled the recipe. Thanks for sharing
I just made this soup. Instead of tomato sauce I added a jar of spaghetti sauce and diced tomatoes and a bay leaf. I was in haven. It’s a hit at my house. I bought the cook book. So happy I did.
Hearty, savory, and delicious. There are others out there like this, but yours was the easiest with the least ingredients and steps. And yours made far more sense than theirs with the entire procedure. Had this from a local deli that closed in my area and I missed having it, but yours is better. Used Spinach instead of Kale, but will try with Kale next time. 😋
Looks delicious! What kind of broth did you use? I see you using tomato sauce, but then you pour in a large beaker of a brown liquid that you called just "broth". Instead of milk, can I use half & half? Thanks for sharing!

Use heavy cream instead of whole milk. Add Brussels sprout half’s if you like them. That’s how I did mines and it tasted amazing.

You can use vegetable or chicken broth! And yes you can use half and half!
You got that glow these days. Food is working wonders for you👍🏿... the pork is my only issue with this dish
