The material should be moving in the pan instead of waves going across the material. A shorter stroke will ensure the material stays liquified and flows. Shake side to side and tilt and the material will flow.
Cool little pan, might have to get one for the kids wink wink, but I dig all the sides, looks great for home

So I'm going to say this without sounding too negative, (and I hope you've had a chance to play with and discover the true efficiency the Gold Claw since this video was made) but what took you approx 40 min (figuring sped up shorten to 20 min) in this video and using the Gold Claw and your blue finishing pan, could have been done in about 30-40 sec with just the Gold Claw and have practically none of that black sand you finished with. Trusting the Gold Claw design and used properly will blow away a high banker for 'from ground to gold'.
I like the review on the gold claw. But to be fair you should have reran that dirt to make sure you did in fact get it all before claiming it did.
bobcansee of course I reran the Tailings, a Video Is deceptive on time, this was shot in 6 different takes! I ran this Tailings thru my normal pans, then just dumped the gold into clean water! Thanks for watching 👍
His technique is old school panning and he will be losing gold and blaming it on the pan.

You need to watch the demo video from Clay again, as you're only getting about 2% efficiency out of how you're using the Goldclaw. You're still trying to use it like a traditional pan. You can get down to 1/2 to 1/3 the material you dumped into the blue pan with just the first set of large ridges in about 5 seconds. Then using the 2nd and 3rd sets of ridges down to almost pure gold in another 20-30 seconds (you had lots of black sand). You don't swish the dirt back and forth with the water washing away the dirt, you stratify it then wriggling the pan under the dirt slowly tip and gravity and displacement tips of the lighter dirt leaving a small portion of black dirt and your gold in the Goldclaw. That was some great paydirt you ran though. Sorry if this seems critical, I just know that with the Goldclaw's capability fully realized/utilized you could have done everything you did in less than 2 min, which means way more material moved through quicker and more gold collected.

Thanks for the video Martin..I've been thinking about picking up a gold claw..It is a tad bit pricey but if it works then it's worth it..And I like mile High Prospector's..very good eBay seller..I just recently purchased a bag of Paydirt from Desert Dirt Bags..Haven't got to it..Have you tried them out? There on eBay as well 👍

Who doesn’t love free paydirt 🤷🏻♂️ but this is really smart, toss a couple of bucks worth of gold and some dirt and you find a little gold for free. you’re taking care of you’re customers. Who wouldn’t go back and buy more.
You said it has to be under water. Is it ineffective for dry panning?
It’s a very very good dry panner, it’s method of dry panning is the same as panning thou with this thing, still using the same process

You obviously haven’t watched the inventor demo the correct method of using this pan. That material shouldn’t have taken more than 30 seconds.

You’re still panning like a regular pan and not using the pan the way it was meant.
You can finish it in the gold claw if you would follow the correct procedure.
Just another 'fad' goldpan, like the other 30 or so on the market. There's not enough floor area in this thing to work the material...You only need two pans; the green GPAA pan, and the blue Falcon finishing pan.
