This is the absolute best way of showing your hands empty. You will not find anything better anywhere. I have never seen this written or on tapes. This is a great gift.
As always, you made my day. Whenever I get the chance, I practice magic at least three to four hours a day, and your channel helps me fine tune the basics. Thanks Monty!
I met you in Honolulu you sold me a paperback Wilson course after showing me your chop cup routine as well as a bunch other stuff. You fooled me sooo hard with your routines. I was 15 or so. 39 now.
The teacher I've always wanted. I wish I could follow you to gigs and just watch and learn. I'm two years into practice but very enthusiastic and determined.
Very good! Coin magic has a special appealing magical moment that is a pleasure to watch! I get a kick out of that hand washing. It is a thing of beauty! You and Rick Holcomb are inspirational.
Monty, I didn't recognize or notice it was you, with your hair out, however I did notice that he had a magic ring around his neck like you! so funny. 😂 This is the best hand wash tutor I've ever seen, nice continuous flow, and well said here by your fan and student. "A gift that will last a lifetime for your magic friends, Thanks so much!
I have seen and done other hand washing techniques but I have never seen this. I really like the circular motion. Looks smooth and natural. Now I have to start practicing. Many thanks! 🙂👍
Thank you. There are a lot of really nice methods out there. I do several myself. I came up with this method many years ago in Hawaii. It's still my favorite so I thought I would share it with other magicians.
Very good teaching! It is kind of like a kung-fu practitioner's exercise. You got it down packed. I am glad that you shared this. Now I can get to work on my "Hand Washing". I had seen it done a lot. But I didn't know the name of the technique. Not did I know it had a name. Now I do. It is a thing of beauty.
This is awesome! I am new to coin magic and all the info is overwhelming, but this video is not intimidating. Love that you make such convincing use of the thumb Palm over classic palm. I’ve always though that is a great looking and evasive technique. Great 20 minutes of instruction! Thank you.
Your welcome. I glad you enjoyed the video and found it of value. If you have not done so, please subscribe to my channel and share with your magic friends. Have a magical day.
@@montysmagic Your video is the only one that gave me ideas that I can add on to my own material. I even added some new moves to your hand washing that works very nice. I now have a routine that flows perfectly from one technique to another... And your ring necklace gives me more ideas! You were the missing link in my routine chain! Lol!
Lots of good techniques here but hard to follow. Monty jumps around a lot and the teaching method is pretty choppy. Wish he would have slowed down each vanish from a front and rear perspective. Taking time to break down each movement before moving on.

Thank you. It takes some practice but worth it.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed. This is an example showing the type of magic I teach my students in my apprenticeship program.
Monty, you showed me some things with a coin I never saw done before, that's a real feat. You also have a great soft and easy presentation.
Wow, thanks!
Thanks for the tutorial. Not many on hand washing, especially shown throughout a routine. Hope to see more.
Your welcome and thank you for the nice comment.
Nice idea with the necklace.
Thank you. I have been wearing that ring arround my neck as a registered trademark for over 30 years and use it in many of my magic Routines.

montysmagic most definitely did! Looking forward to seeing more vids!
Personally, I find beginning this hand washing sequence by placing the coin in Downs Palm first and then into thumb clip. I find this avoids flashing.
Probably true, thanks. Actually it was designed as a loop that can be started or ended at any position in the loop.

Glad you found it useful. The Ring necklace (Magic Portal) has been a trademark for me for over 40 years. I always wear it around my neck.
@@montysmagic When I saw you wearing the magic portal it made a connection with the rope and ring magic I do in my show. It's perfect!

Monty has the voice of Master Kan from Kung-Fu.
