I love how midway he just starts roasting literally every other major faction in the game. He tells Palutena that her idealistic optimism isn’t saving the world, isn’t keeping him from taking over and *isn’t stopping the endless slaughter* Viridi that her absolute hatred and constant campaign to slaughter humanity and let nature take over is just feeding into Hades’ army, giving him more and more soldiers and making him more and more powerful. Medusa that she’s nothing but a puppet, nothing but a false queen who needs to know her place. She’s no more important than Thanatos, than the Great Reaper, than Twinbellows, *than The Guardian* The Aurum that their invasion is nothing but a distraction. They want to invade? Hades is ready and willing to take them on and fight them off like it’s nothing but pest control. The Chaos Kin that it getting loose and running rampant through the world, sowing chaos, only proves to further his plans and design.

Hilarious. Manipulative. Psychotic. Powerful. Extravagant. Brilliant voice. Awesome Theme. Hades in my book has everything needed to make the perfect villain. My favourite villain in my favourite video game of all time. Also I just noticed at 3:16 he gets closer to the screen in time with the music.
I think my favorite thing about Greek Mythology is that all the other gods and goddesses are causing mayhem and being stupid while Hades just chills in the underworld with his wife (who he actually loves and is loyal too) because he’s tired of all the other gods’ crap. 😂😂😂
Isn’t Persephone so lucky to have Hades as her husband? Most other gods would cheat on her but Hades never does. They have the happiest marriage in Greek god mythology. And Hades does let her go back to her mother for half the year. Though most versions show that Persephone prefers her time in the Underworld with her beloved husband.

I think mythological hades is more lawful neutral as the only bad thing he did was following Zeus's dating advice and kidnapping Persephone. And in some versions she actually PREFERRED the underworld.

Hades' Hades is more lawful neutral, being evil on the morality chart means intentionaly hurting others, both physically, emotionally and mentally, and Hades never intended to be a dick to Zagreus.
I'm not trying to say the game is bad or anything I love the game kiddick or separating despite me never playing it but this game is literally just how many quotes can we fit in order to break a fourth wall
It’s too bad everything is already planned out, but if I could make a request it would definitely be a duet with Pit and Dark Pit as they fight the Chaos Kin that presents the true reflection of their ideals.

This is really reminding me how much I love Hades, Kid Icarus Uprising, and this song. Also is it weird that I really want Sakurai/Nintendo to put Hades in Smash? The guy has a trailer practically already made for him; make us think it's someone else (Medusa, Waluigi, etc.) And have Hades rip through their splash screen.
Better yet, have a reveal trailer for a charcter that’s actually being added (could be another character from KI:U, or a completely unrelated character) and at the end of trailer have Hades tear through the screen as it fades to black.

I really love the Kid Icarus Uprising version of Hades, but I feel like Medusa deserves more love as a villainess as well. Sure she may not be the true master of the Underworld like Hades is, but she was originally Pit and Palutena’s main arch nemesis. Which is why I felt like Medusa could’ve been a great Echo Fighter for Palutena in Super Smash Bros Ultimate

Like, around halfway through, I was getting chills (though that's also probably because I haven't fully woken up yet either. lol) Either way, this is one hell of a Valentine's Day gift to your viewers and fans alike. I just got Kid Icarus Uprising yesterday and getting this song as part of the musical bytes is AWESOME! Yet again, Alex has done an incredible portrayal of an epic villain! EDIT: Just beat the game, I LOVED IT! One of my favourite video games I’ve ever played! I loved every character but my favourite had to be Dark Pit (or as I call him, Dart)
Now I don't know what this musical bytes entail but this right here makes so want to see The Wars End. Alex just the natural flamboyant nature. The song that I found this channel through was dark pits theme so it's really cool to hear more songs from the game! And as always, this is so good!
I kind of wish that one RUclipsr inferno or whatever his name was that does a spot-on Hades impression did the song but damn does Alex deliver one HELL of a performance.
Is it just me, or am I seeing a pattern? Every song in MOTI's Kid Icarus Musical Bytes is starting with "Sorry to keep you waiting". Except for Dark Pit that is, but Dark Pit's theme wasn't part of the Bytes at the time MOTI covered it.
