Seriously, these are the best video's around on RUclips. Always 6-8 min. instead of 25, everything is done in clear steps, the quality is great, a nice soothing English voice and they even respond to comments made underneath their video.
    What more can you want!

Brilliant. Just saved a lot of money fixing the screen myself by following this very clear video.
If you're a first timer like I was and are a bit worried about doing it - don't fret. A few tips I learnt while doing my repair:
-get a good tool kit. The cheap ones given to you with new parts on eBay are ok but you'll inevitably come up against some screws that won't budge with those.
    - label each step and store the component with its screws.
    - be patient. It will take most first timers up to three hours.

I really appreciate your making this video. Using the correct names of each part and using great video so detail could be seen on the important parts was most helpful. Thanks!

The only thing i suggest and i know its dumb cuz we just go back wards to put it back together but i think you should do a video for it because i missed a couple steps because i missed it back tracking the steps and had to go back and do it over... Other than that great video thans

Great instructional video. Followed it and it worked great... until I tried the power button and nothing happened. I've gone back to check my connections and all looks to be in order. I even rechecked the small grounding piece to make sure it was in place. Any ideas?

    Hi,
I received the LCD display for my iphone 4S, but after changing it, I have a white screen.
After checking all connectors, everything seems OK, but same problem again.
So I decide to removed the new one, and put the older one wich is cracked, and I have the image on screen.
I do exactly the same mounting process.
Is there something I missed ? or it's due to connectors? have you some tricks ?
    Thanks for you help

From experience (about 50 screens or so) I would like to mention two things:
    1. Removing the SIM-tray should be step 1! When forgetting to remove the SIM-tray in the process you could tear up the SIM-card reader, which will have drastic results.
    2. This screen is not equipped with adhesive on the back. A stock iPhone will have adhesive on the back. Therefore use a heat gun to heat the screen before prying it out. This will prevent breaking the front glass when adding pressure.
    Good luck!

This video is a FAIL. They don't even show how to replace the glass, they just skip to putting it back on the phone.
