The reason they’re a bit different, is because they were all written by different people, but they have no contradictions. It’s just like having multiple witnesses in court-you get the best picture of what happened when you add them all together. The Bible actually wouldn’t be very credible if there was only one gospel. That means only one of the eye witnesses thought it important enough to write down, and how would we fact check? Because there are four extremely detailed eyewitness accounts, we know that the truth is written-just how we know things about history! So, the fact that some gospels are longer and some have slightly different wording does not mean God’s word is changing. They are separate accounts of history. It’s like if you and I both experienced the same concert and both wrote about it to our families. Does the fact that there are two pieces of writing about the concert make it less credible? No! It actually makes it more credible! If our facts align, it can be trusted that what we wrote on separate accounts is true. Hope this helps!!
