So easy to make delicious tea-time favourite Rock Cakes by Cooking Fab
Makes about 9 Rock Cakes
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Butter 75g
Sugar 75g
1/4 tsp grounded nut meg
Dried fruits 50g
Chopped almonds 50g
1 egg
Milk 2 tbsp

I have never had rock cakes with nuts. In England, they would also contain cinnamon and be sprinkled with sugar before going into the oven.
