Brahmasthra was never a bad movie . People started criticising it even before the release of the movie !!! As a South Indian let me confess this - if this movie was directed by any south indian director and acted by one of the south indian actor and dubbed in hindi the same stupid boycotters would have appreciated this movie 🤦🏻 They say Bollywood has nepotism- Do you think south doesn’t have nepotism ? -RRR , Bahubali , MagaDhira etc etc are acted by nepo kids only .. anyway this movie didn’t get the appreciation it deserved because of the political , relligional and regional agenda of some hypocrites

@@eugenerider5714 for a story to strech for trilogy the characters need to be established properly from the very first part itself to be invested. May b the astraverse can take time to develop over 3 films but the lead characters need to be interesting and engaging from the very first part for the movie goers to come back for more. Dont get me wrong I didn't hate the movie. I liked the world building but the 2 lead characters didnt seem that interesting. Also, if part 2 will be focused on Dev the father character then Shiva's character wont get much of character build up. Obviously this is an assumption but seems it going that way. Also the dialogues were pretty bad and cringy at times. A good mythological universe cannot jst rely on spectacles. Also CGI and VFX were top notch but action design was poor. Realistic or over the top action...it doesnt matter if set pieces aren't interesting.

Calling the movie Brahmastra with a cringe love story plot is embarrassing. Love is the greatest Brahmastra. There is no such thing bigger than love. Isha, main aag se jalta nahi hoon. kuch rishta hai mere aag se. Kaun ho tum. Kya ho tum. Mere powers ka ek button hai, woh abhi off hai, usse on sirf sacha pyaar kar sakta hain or woh button Isha hai

I too believe that it a reincarnation type story. Dev + Amrita = Shiva + Isha. Shiva is likely 'ansh' /avatar (part of Dev and his agniastra). Ranbir will play Dev (God, not another love story with 2-3 songs in part 2!!). Dev is dead. The person who wakes up at end of part 1 is not Dev but the antagonist who was opposed by amrita AND dev. He stole Dev's astras when Dev dies while breaking brahmastra. Amrita survives and leaves with a piece. Parts of Brahmansh (Guruji?) supported the antagonist and that is the reason amrita doesnt return to brahmansh

    *REFERENCES IN THIS PART-1*
    1. Vanarastra (SRK) takes inspiration from Lord Hanuman (Hanuman=Monkey) in Hinduism. The mocking laugh is exactly how moneys do IRL by mimicking what we do when they mock us.
    2. ISHA= Inspired from Goddess Parvati from Hinduism, the wife of Lord Shiva & reincarnation of Goddess Sati(Amrita=next part of this reaction)
    3. SHIVA= Inspired from Lord Shiva from Hinduism. In Hinduism Shiva lives in a cave in the Himalayas, here also Shiva lives in a place, which he refers to as a "CAVE", which has a blue colour-like snow clad mountains. Like Hinduism, here is also a class difference between Shiva & Isha(Parvati)
    4. ISHA & POWER CONNECTION - Parvati (Reincarnation of Sati) is actually a mortal human form of ADISHAKTI (Adi=eternal, Shakti=Power) that drives the universe. Isha being the source of "power" of Shiva is a reference to that.
    5. RAVAN DAHAN scene - In Hinduism Ravana was a character from the epic Ramayana just like Lord Hanuman. But most importantly he was the greatest worshipper of Lord Shiva in the universe. So fire takes his shape-the ten head shape. Even the staircase leading to Shiva's room has a graffiti of Ravana if you notice.
    6. JUNOON= In Hindi Junoon means passion. In film she represents the 'junoon' of the main villain (in this part) for Brahmastra.
    7. NANDIASTRA: Inspired from NANDI in Hinduism, who is the BULL VAHANA (animal vehicle of Gods) of Lord Shiva & guardian deity of Kailash, the abode of Lord Shiva.
    8. FIRE DESTROYS EVERYTHING: This is the reference to the fact that Lord Shiva, in Hinduism, is also considered as the God of Destruction & creation due to his immense power. Destruction, in a good sense, is the only way creation can take place. But Shiva, in the film, has not understood it yet, which he will get in the later part of the movie.

      REFERENCES IN THIS PART-1
