We use the grapefruit juice and soda (and agave syrup) when we run out of fresca. It definitely can work, but if people are already used to the fresca, it’s about 50/50 if they enjoy it or not.
This is true. It's about finding that balance of the grapefruit and soda. Also, having good grapefruit juice. I find a slightly sweeter grapefruit juice is better but it does come down to personal preference

Mmh need to try this. Never been a Tequila lover but this seems interesting.
It's really good. Took me a few attempts to find the right balance, but i a well made Paloma is very tasty
