Great video!! Thank you for addressing the Height over bore excuses that a lot of so called "Shooters" use as a BS excuse for why they can't shoot a particular gun!!!
Yeah, one of my biggest gripes when I get to the range, and someone complains about height over bore. Just say you want a cop out for your lack of discipline to become proficient.
If you plan to run a comp or a suppressor, the zev would be the way to go. You are paying more for astethics and a threaded barrel. Over a standard p226 Legion, however, looking cool is half the battle. If those are things you aren't concerned with, the p226 legion cost saving will get you a light and a holster for the price of the zev.
@BrandonD I wouldn't say that they have a lot more in common. It's definitely not an apples to apples comparison. However, it's also not an apple to potato comparison. It's more of a lemon to lime comparison. Both are hammer fired, both have relatively high bore axis, both are double stack, and both have manual safeties. Triggers are not exactly comparable as far as mechanically. Yet both are true SAO Triggers.
❤wish I could get it here in Jamaica 🇯🇲 I looked at your reviews and yes I agree 👍 that with practice and time spent with this gun 🔫 it would be a great fun
Since there were only two entries in the raffle. I just flipped a coin and the winner is @samb1537. If you'll reach out on my Instagram page in the DMs we'll get you your stuff.

Love my 229 dasa legion for edc. Great looking piece my friend
Thank you! My first one was a da/sa p229, and I regret not getting back into the legion series sooner.
I really like your content so far. I am a relatively new subscriber. I am really kicking around the thought of the 226 Legion SAO or Zev 226.

Definitely on my list to acquire next! I’ll do a comparison video with my Staccato P
You can't go wrong with this gun. It's definitely a good contender against a Staccato P, especially for the price.
2 totally different shooting experiences and I don’t feel a relevant comparison

Legion sao. I have one without the optic cut and love it! I want to have mine cut.
Do it. It would be worth every penny.
Legion Sao I'm considering one of these as a duty weapon.
It's definitely a great option to consider. Hopefully, whatever you choose serves you well.

It is a fun gun, sucks that you can't get it there.

Which plate are you using for the rmr?
None, the newer models come with screws holes already for the RMR.
Is this the 226 x5 Legion?
No, just plain ole P226 SAO Legion. The X5, in my opinion, doesn't offer anything I'd like for a price increase and a 10oz weight increase.
