What a stupid ass application is this ? First it ask to get code from the Microsoft app..when we try to login to this app..the app itself ask the auth code from the same app i am looking at!!..really ??
Hi ..so in my opinion..the first person who has tried to register the account is prompted to download and setup the authenticator app. Mostly that person is the global admin of the account. So device(mobile) in that persons authority has the code through the authenticator app. You can ask the admin of your organization if they have the app and the auth code..hope my input helps you.
One of the useless app, It wasted hell lot of time, I would rather created 2 ETL pipelines instead of wasting time. Guys please remove this app, totally waste

Random operation, the code is received but the application asks for another one which creates an endless loop. I can no longer connect to my Microsoft account, and even more so to Copilot... Goodbye Edge, Copilot and Microsoft authenticator!

Hey guys i fixed my loop problem by emailing the school's IT helper, he said it can be reset by the school's side and fixed it for me in 5 mins. try that if your app is asking you to verify inside your app.
My job is making me do this i dont consent i dont want to app taking my info or contact list 😕 or anything else I don't want to put work on my personal phone 📱😔 🤬🤬 Its encroachment

I’m still to this day having issues with it and then I go into outlook and it says “oops there’s something wrong” dumbest email app ever for work.

So what each of these video fails to mention is that you’ll need two devices to do the actual authentication process

This required update almost screwed me in court because there was no way to get into my email on my phone alone.
