It's true, his voice has matured, his French has been perfected, and he was not on a show where he had a time controlled spot. It's like in this version he was able to simply sing it, rather than fit it into a time limit.

Never stop listening to SOS! It was my first exposure to Dimash as well and it's been almost 2 years now. I am 65 and have never joined a fan club until Dimash, never been so mesmerized by any other singer. He is worthy of all the praise because he is the most amazing singer with gifts that he works so hard to cultivate and improve, even now. But the bonus is that he is a beautiful and kind soul, thoughtful, respectful of all people, loving, generous and a such a shining advocate for Kazahkstan. This version of SOS is an order of magnitude better than the one that was on Singer because of the lighting design, because of the stunning scene, because of the convenient shooting angles, because of Dimash's costume, because of the lack of technical failure in the sound track and because of the unusual sound in space of Dimash's voice itself. It is perfect everywhere and you should always show it from the best positions, so that nothing prevents the diamond from sparkling with all its facets. Not once did Dimash fail his listeners with his voice, his singing, polished to the point of impossibility. Every note he sings is an ideal, a standard of sound. I can't put anyone next to him. And now I prefer to listen only to him. He is always extremely sincere and fills us with feelings, empathy and immense gratitude.. And this is again an influx of emotions with tears... You're right, Barry, Dimash is hypnotic. I think to your own safety you must hear and watch more Dimash. If you don't listen to his music for a few days, it can become life threatening.:)) I'm an addict to his concerts. I go to his concerts as much as my finances allow. With his special aura, warm direct communication with the audience, wonderful, strong, powerful voice, it is worth traveling to every spot on earth. Dimash is an artist you must see, because his whole body language expresses music. He is music himself. His concert will take you out of this dimension and you will spend 2 or more hours somewhere else, far away, on the border of reality and fantasy. It's a wonderful experience. Greetings from Estonia

Dimash is intoxicating, he has the most beautiful voice in the world. i've listened to SOS at least 100 times and it gets to me every time. Dimash always so humble, he is like the whole package.

Hi, Barry! First, I can't understand why people who react to Dimash's songs think they must apologise for crying. I cry a lot listening to his songs. SOS is so beautiful and so sad, I cry every time I listen to it! I believe that Dimash's performances open the door to the compartment where we keep our deepest emotions, our pains, our desires and dreams. Second, you asked about our Dimash's journey. Here is mine: An year ago, it was 4 o’clock in the morning and I couldn’t sleep. I was so sad, so discouraged. I was feeling old and alone. I had so many dreams but I thought I had no strength to make them true. I had no hope. I was crying while watching some videos on Facebook, just to spend time. Suddenly, with just one click, my life changed! Ogni pietra… I was taken to another world of music, light and enchantment! I felt so emotional, now my tears were of love! Dimash came into my life and made me happy again. After two hours I had watched a lot of videos, I listened to so many songs and my heart was filled with joy! Next day I decided to go back to college. I knew It would be hard, but every time I felt discourged, I listened to Dimash singing to me: “You are strong, you know! You can do everything if you want it. Always forward, ever forward, as long as you can!” As I was born in a poor family I had to start working when I was very young. I always dreamed to be an artist but never had time, money or opportunities to take classes. Then I grew up, married, had children. I divorced and I worked so hard to take care of my sons. Singing, drawing and acting were just dreams. My soul was longing for freedom and beauty. And that was what Dimash brought to my life! Today I study acting, singing and drawing at college. And every time I listen to Dimash my heart beats fast because now I feel my life has a meaning. Now my life is blessed! Hugs from Brazil! 🇧🇷❤

Thank you for sharing your story with us, it shows that Dimash has the power to change lives. I know he did mine. I had lost my first husband after 3 decades with him. After a few years I was blessed to find new love, and suddenly after 10 years with my second husband, he also passed away. Both were so unexpected and I felt their last heartbeats, and certainly didn't want to go on anymore. Nothing in life gave me any happiness. I ran across Dimash and SOS made tears flow that I had been repressing. I needed to find new beauty in living, and I wish I could thank Dimash. For now I am thankful for Barry, as he has telling eyes and ways to convey our emotion as fellow Dears. I wish also for your continued success in your life!

Barry, I'm in the front seat of the "Barry Bus". Dimash is Simply Perfection. I can't explain what l feel when l hear Dimash sing this song. I love this song and I love him. Dimash is our International Treasure! My husband Rusty who is an ex NFL Eagles Pro Football Player, my sister and l saw Dimash perform at his first USA Concert in New York City this past December 10, 2019. We welcomed Dimash when he flew into JFK airport a day or two before the concert. My husband Rusty met Dimash and presented to him a NFL Football and a Philadelphia Eagles Jacket. That made our day just to be able to meet and touch him. He is so Humble. He was the one who noticed this Big man and stopped to talk to Rusty. We will Never forget that day. That was the 2nd time l saw Dimash. The first time was just my sister and l. He came to New York in October of 2019 to perform a couple of songs for Igor Kutoy's 75th Birthday Celebration. We are on the fundraising committee. We meet Dimash at the airport and he stopped and Signed my Cell Phone case and Kissed it. I never used that case again. It's in a Glass Case on my mantel. Dimash was so nervous at the singer. I think you can see how much freer he was in a setting he was comfortable in. Here he was a guest having won prior.. He is also In front of in a way a home crowd for him as he knows Russian as well as he knows Kazakh. When you watch songs he has sung on The Singer in other venues you can really look back and see how nervous he must have been. The way he held the mike, body language the shaking he had with his head and jaw are not seen in other performances. Doesn't mean they are not wonderful and iconic but lovely to see his growth and confidence. As always enjoyed.
Maykacha Phan He never looked nervous to me. Rather, he always looked determined to do his best. He knew then that he was on the brink of a huge break from him. Some of his best and purest singing ever can found amidst his Singer performances.
OperaJH Dimash never looks nervous he is extremely professional. If you look closely though at some of the things like the grasp on mic, head shaking and jaw shaking. It was there. He had every right to be nervous or perhaps over-energized as it was a huge opportunity for him. He also wanted to bring his culture to the stage. He got more relaxed as the competition went on. It is not a bad thing he had nerves he was also really young at 22. The first non-Chinese contestant and the youngest constant to date at the time. Dima sh admitted himself he was very nervous.
Maykacha Phan nothing was shaking. If it was so apparent, he would not have been able to pull off what he did and we all would have noticed.But if it makes you happy to believe that, go for it.

I am now officially a “BARRY-BABE!” I am a 50 year old from San Antonio Texas. Please do not be embarrassed about spilling a few tears over Dimash. If you haven’t, you probably don’t count as a true Dear in my humble opinion. We are all overwhelmed with his beauty and ability to use his voice to express his emotions. His french has improved a lot since "The Singer". I'm living near the french border on the german side for you want to know where we live. So I'm used to hear and speak french. Still I love his singer-performance. Like in your case this was my first experience with Dimash and I still remember my first thought: "An angel is singing. This must be an angel." Hearing an angel sing is my explanation for getting tears in my eyes and in your eyes and in all of our eyes...

I think to your own safety you must hear and watch more Dimash. If you don't listen to his music for a few days, it can become life threatening.:)) I'm an addict to his concerts. I go to his concerts as much as my finances allow. With his special aura, warm direct communication with the audience, wonderful, strong, powerful voice, it is worth traveling to every spot on earth. Dimash is an artist you must see, because his whole body language expresses music. He is music himself.
His concert will take you out of this dimension and you will spend 2 or more hours somewhere else, far away, on the border of reality and fantasy. It's a wonderful experience.

Hi, Barry! First, I can't understand why people who react to Dimash's songs think they must apologise for crying. I cry a lot listening to his songs. SOS is so beautiful and so sad, I cry every time I listen to it! I believe that Dimash's performances open the door to the compartment where we keep our deepest emotions, our pains, our desires and dreams.
Second, you asked about our Dimash's journey. Here is mine:
An year ago, it was 4 o’clock in the morning and I couldn’t sleep. I was so sad, so discouraged. I was feeling old and alone. I had so many dreams but I thought I had no strength to make them true. I had no hope. I was crying while watching some videos on Facebook, just to spend time. Suddenly, with just one click, my life changed! Ogni pietra… I was taken to another world of music, light and enchantment! I felt so emotional, now my tears were of love! Dimash came into my life and made me happy again. After two hours I had watched a lot of videos, I listened to so many songs and my heart was filled with joy!
Next day I decided to go back to college. I knew It would be hard, but every time I felt discourged, I listened to Dimash singing to me: “You are strong, you know! You can do everything if you want it. Always forward, ever forward, as long as you can!”
As I was born in a poor family I had to start working when I was very young. I always dreamed to be an artist but never had time, money or opportunities to take classes. Then I grew up, married, had children. I divorced and I worked so hard to take care of my sons. Singing, drawing and acting were just dreams. My soul was longing for freedom and beauty. And that was what Dimash brought to my life!
Today I study acting, singing and drawing at college. And every time I listen to Dimash my heart beats fast because now I feel my life has a meaning. Now my life is blessed!

Thank you for sharing your story with us, it shows that Dimash has the power to change lives. I know he did mine. I had lost my first husband after 3 decades with him. After a few years I was blessed to find new love, and suddenly after 10 years with my second husband, he also passed away. Both were so unexpected and I felt their last heartbeats, and certainly didn't want to go on anymore. Nothing in life gave me any happiness. I ran across Dimash and SOS made tears flow that I had been repressing. I needed to find new beauty in living, and I wish I could thank Dimash. For now I am thankful for Barry, as he has telling eyes and ways to convey our emotion as fellow Dears. I wish also for your continued success in your life!

Dimash is perhaps the best vocalist in the world, I don’t know everyone, so I’m not 100 percent sure. He's the best I know. I consider "SOS" at the Slavic bazaar to be the best performance of this song.

Barry, I'm in the front seat of the "Barry Bus". Dimash is Simply Perfection. I can't explain what l feel when l hear Dimash sing this song. I love this song and I love him. Dimash is our International Treasure! My husband Rusty who is an ex NFL Eagles Pro Football Player, my sister and l saw Dimash perform at his first USA Concert in New York City this past December 10, 2019. We welcomed Dimash when he flew into JFK airport a day or two before the concert. My husband Rusty met Dimash and presented to him a NFL Football and a Philadelphia Eagles Jacket. That made our day just to be able to meet and touch him. He is so Humble. He was the one who noticed this Big man and stopped to talk to Rusty. We will Never forget that day. That was the 2nd time l saw Dimash. The first time was just my sister and l. He came to New York in October of 2019 to perform a couple of songs for Igor Kutoy's 75th Birthday Celebration. We are on the fundraising committee. We meet Dimash at the airport and he stopped and Signed my Cell Phone case and Kissed it. I never used that case again. It's in a Glass Case on my mantel. If l never get to see Dimash again l will cherish those days as long as l live. I love your reactions.

We all know why you cry, Barry. You’re all heart and soul with Dimash as we Dears are of course. Next one, go back to Singer 2017 and react to “Unforgettable Day”, Dimash’s epic love song he composed as a teen.
Dimash was so nervous at the singer. I think you can see how much freer he was in a setting he was comfortable in. Here he was a guest having won prior.. He is also In front of in a way a home crowd for him as he knows Russian as well as he knows Kazakh. When you watch songs he has sung on The Singer in other venues you can really look back and see how nervous he must have been. The way he held the mike, body language the shaking he had with his head and jaw are not seen in other performances. Doesn't mean they are not wonderful and iconic but lovely to see his growth and confidence. As always enjoyed.
Maykacha Phan He never looked nervous to me. Rather, he always looked determined to do his best. He knew then that he was on the brink of a huge break from him. Some of his best and purest singing ever can found amidst his Singer performances.
OperaJH Dimash never looks nervous he is extremely professional. If you look closely though at some of the things like the grasp on mic, head shaking and jaw shaking. It was there. He had every right to be nervous or perhaps over-energized as it was a huge opportunity for him. He also wanted to bring his culture to the stage. He got more relaxed as the competition went on. It is not a bad thing he had nerves he was also really young at 22. The first non-Chinese contestant and the youngest constant to date at the time. Dima sh admitted himself he was very nervous.
Maykacha Phan nothing was shaking. If it was so apparent, he would not have been able to pull off what he did and we all would have noticed.But if it makes you happy to believe that, go for it.

Still I love his singer-performance. Like in your case this was my first experience with Dimash and I still remember my first thought: "An angel is singing. This must be an angel."
