The worst thing is to have one hooded eye, and one without the excess of skin due to plastic surgery ( had a scar under the brow, when they removed it, the hood dissapeared ). This is real struggle to make them look more even. I try but I always end up with something strange.

I never could put my finger on why smoky eye looks make my eyes look so small--thanks to you I now know I need a flick on the top lid if I do that dark waterline! My eyes are also hooded which is why I watch you, you are such a pro. Thank you!
