Thanks for showing how you hold your yarn on left hand. Some of the tutors hold their thread so strange to me I can’t watch them (OCD here). As soon as I get time I’m going to binge make your tutorials. 😆. Yea, it’s what I love to do. I crochet literally everywhere. ( No! Not in the bathroom!!!) I’ve been asked ‘do you ever not have yarn in your hands?’ I tell them yes, when I tried washing dishes it just didn’t work out. 😳😆

Thank you so much 👍😁 love your channel. I was a knitter since 5th grade and couple years ago i asked retired friend to teach me and she gave me crochet magazine and told me that's all she can do. I felt sooo bad. Then i taught myself and i am glad i did 😊 you are one of my teachers. Thank you, thank you

So gorgeous. I can't wait to try this. Love your videos. Also, thank you for showing how you thread your hand and use it. I didn't learn to crochet until a few years ago from my mountain moma and she passed before I could learn any good techniques. I'm practicing your method and I can't believe how much faster it is. It will take me a while to get use to it but I can already see a difference. Thank you. Have a blessed day

Truly scrumptious blanket. Makes me want to dive into it myself. I was not knowledgeable about Hygge yarn and it just looks luscious. Thanks for the pattern and all your work that you do for us. Sandy, Octavia and the gang.

Red Heart's Hygge yarn is my favorite yarn to crochet with. I've made full sized afghans with it as wedding and birthday gifts and they were so soft and comfy.

I know your comment is quite old, but I was wondering, how does this yarn wash up? I've read so many good things about it, but I ran across a one-star review that stated after washing, it was no longer soft and fuzzy. I'm fact, it was just the opposite. I've never used it and was going to make this baby blanket for a friend, but that one review has me worried. Thanks!

You hold the yarn exactly the way its suppose to be held.....most people dont and cant make some stitches because its not correct...like the loop stitch....the way you hold yours its real easy to make it...plus not much twisting of the wrist....I was taught the correct way in 1972 and soooo glad.......lol. makes crocheti go fasting

I've just found this video and feel very left out as I've just spent a year of my life without this stunning blanket in it... I'm going to have to scour the interweb and see who stocks this yarn in the UK... I get yarn envy every time I see a new yarn getting brought out in the US as it's difficult to find it in the part of Scotland that I live in... All our shops tend to sell is just Dk, Aran or chunky yarn... 😢 🎻🎻🤣 let the search commence...🤞💗

I love this blanket! I am going to try and make it for my daughter's first baby. The pattern does not indicate if I will need the small or big balls of yarn. I assume it means the small size balls given the measurements, is that correct?

So lovely. Where do we buy that yarn; haven't seen it in my usual Michaels, JOANNs, Hobby Lobby, Walmart??? Could you show us a tutorial making a nightgown for an American Girl doll? There is 1 on line but poorly done. I can't figure it out. Thanks.

I know it has been 3 years ago for this blanket but, one of the reviews on the yarn says, not to machine wash or dry because the fibers mat, so hand wash. Could you tell me if you remember washing this blanket before using it and what was your opinion on it? Thank You, Cindy

Hi, I'm not sure if you will even see this comment because this was from 2 years ago..but if so I would greatly appreciate your input on something...I have everything ro make this blanket but I want to make it bigger, so my question is do you recommend that I just do the exact same amount of rows per color but just repeat or do you think I should double up?? So where it calls for four rows of certain colors make it eight, and when it calls for two rows do four...what do you think?? Thank you so very much. I so look forward to hopefully get a response back...I cannot wait to make this.🥰🥰
