In our new Assassin's Creed Mirage preview video we are focusing on side content such as contracts, Tales of Baghdad Missions, the various vendors, tokens and their use and more! In the video we are also discussing a lot of info that have emerged from the game menus like the inventory menu with the weapons, outfits, outfit dye, the skill tree, the investigation board and more!
… and in the midst of all of this there is a cameo of a beloved character that has been found by a few creators out there!

2:47 there are stables. I have seen them in one of the recent gameplays & there are sooo many mount choices (including armored horses, different types of birds & different camels as well)

I don’t think we’ll see Hytham interacting with Basim again or at the end of the game just bc based on the The Golden City, Hythams interaction with Basim is as if he’s just now meeting him for the first time. Which would make sense bc he didn’t even know Basim was a Hidden One in the video. But maybe the story will skip forward passed The Golden City but before Valhalla at the end of the game 🤞🏾
Are there options to disable/turn off all these various HUD/UI elements to declutter the screen and make for a more immersive experience? Can we disable white outlines on Basim in stealth, yellow and red attack telegraphs for unblockable enemy attacks, icons and healthbars above enemies' heads, the "last known position" hologram thing, and other HUD items?
Very likely, since Valhalla already had those. Every AC Game actually
@@Noctuam734 Unfortunately, not true. Been playing mainline AC games since the very first one in 2007. HUD options have generally gotten better over the years, but there's still room for improvement.
@@ChadillacGrills You can play AC1 without most of the hud elements tho, i did it this year. Makes the experience 100x better.
@@Noctuam734 I totally agree that being able to turn off lots of HUD elements and choosing which HUD elements you want to keep makes an experience so much better and more immersive.

@@David-nq8cv but even still for people who want to keep replaying and perfect certain missions this is a big issue. Even AC1 had this feature how can Mirage not
@@PeeTiii Mirage has the option to save before doing missions and reload that save if you want to do it differently
I love the fact that you can't find world events on the map. In Valhalla I feel like they were meant to be natural, but they felt so artificial because they became a checklist. Finding them as you naturally explore is also more realistic.
Is there a black outfit dye?

Loving the sound of the world events. It makes exploration more rewarding and makes the world feel more alive
The enigmas are sort of riddles that need to be solved. They lead to a treasure. There's a bronze trophy for it called "riddle me this".
I just hope they translate the lines of the guards mocking each other in all languages. I love those.
At 14:50 we see the Valhalla tutorials, I hope it's because they were not yet ready or you included images from Valhalla...
They should add an anti-"contractor requests" option. "The contractor has a neighbor who has the same amount of money, but hates them. "Kill Everyone You Meet Inside The Target: Same rewards as that guy's offering."
I know I can't do a "don't kill anyone" run. I also know I can 100% kill everyone inside a location. I have spent three games killing everyone inside a location.
I really hope they give the world events more progression. Maybe a series of seemingly unrelated world events solve some kinda mystery.

Question: when you upgrade the outfits/weapons does it cosmetically change/improve like it did in Valhalla?
They do, they change the appearance as well
All I want to know is if the game will have outfits with mouth covering (thief mask) like we saw in one of the trailers with Basim and Roshan on camel back in the desert and they had hoods on with face covering. Like the other Hidden One at the :53 mark!

the master hood on the novice outfit would be perfect. Basim’s signature outfits are his novice and Valhalla attire. The master robes looks like a generic Altair’s homie
Altair's robes aren't unique either for his time, it's the Levantine brotherhood robes

Also, can someone tell me as a Odyssey/Origins/Valhalla player (in that order, b/c Kassandra), is Mirage close enough to what I'm used to? I've been concerned about the "more like the earlier games" quotes, given that I hated the handful of hours I played AC3 (came with my Odyssey bundle, I think).
They better include NG+ at the very least.

I'm not as pumped about this game as others are. I can see liking and then getting bored of Bahgdad pretty quick. I will say though.. this game has the best UI graphics I've ever seen in an AC game. Overall this game shouldn't look too dated for many years to come. I'll buy it when it's on a massive sale.
