You handled them exactly how you should of and I really hope you do sue them for their unlawful search using the terrorism act. They didn't have reasonable grounds to suspect you are a terrorist, in order for them to have grounds they would need some kind of evidence that you are engaged in terroristic activities and being that public photography is not a crime and they had absolutely no evidence to suggest you were engaged in hostile reconnaissance the search was unlawful in my opinion, Suspicion is just an opinion and not a crime or grounds. The police cannot just walk up to people taking picture and quote the terrorism act at them in order to search them. That's like stopping a jogger and searching him because he was running down the street. They swore an oath to protect your human rights but violated them instead.
i just get annoyed that this is no more than having a grumble about corrupt cops. He won the day and that was because he could not get you to identify, so he changed tactic and made it about terrorism, when will everybody learn, it is all about stamping their authority in ever encounter with the public, by the way, they cannot search you for a crime retrospectively, they only mentioned terrorism much later
Once they quote the terrorism act, they leave themselves open to action. If they quote it, simply ask them to provide written and signed authorisation from an assistant chief constable or a rank above that, stating that particular geographical area had been designated as an area under threat of terrorism. Such a designation is only valid for a period of 24 hours and then needs to be reissued. If they produce such a document, obey their orders. If not and they still continue to act as these officers do, they are committing a criminal act. sue them.
In England, Wales and N.Ireland, Police Officers are crown agents. They do what the Queen's legislation tells them to do. As it is other Crown agents who investigate, Crown agents are free to break the law and abuse their positions. In Scotland we have Constables who are public servants. They combine these duties with their duties as Crown Agents. Often they will abandon their public duty to uphold the law and commit a common law offence in order to enforce legislation. I now deduct the portion of council tax I pay for policing. I tell the council I'm not paying for a service from an organisation I believe to be corrupt. I suggest we all withdraw funding until they stop being an organised crime gang.

At 2:42 PC1461 clearly states "He's (security) just said, he said that you haven't been aggressive". At 5:55 PC1188 clearly cites a reason for the detention and search as "we've been told that you've been aggressive at this site..." This allegation had already been confirmed (by PC1461) to be a false allegation. That fact alone is reason enough to prove this to be an unlawful detention and search.
From what I have been told from a good source this incident has become an embarrasment to the Warwickshire police.Right outside the police training college in Ryton warwickshire.

A major problem is the passing of laws that then get abused and used as an excuse for unlawful and abhorrent conduct by the 'authorities'. Do terrorists usually conduct surveillance so overtly, and then go out of their way to draw attention to themselves by being abusive to security personnel? ( I know AB wasn't abusive but that was what the jumbo sausage used as an excuse for reasonable suspicion) This video is why it should not come as a surprise that we have so many conspiracy theorists spouting false flag attack scenarios.
"It is a sensible area" - That's why they have built a nice fence - everybody can see through - instead of a tall wall. And of course nowadays the terrorists have become so lazy, they film with easily noticable cameras in their hands, standing in front of the gate, willing to provoke a chit chat with the cops. Makes perfectly sense.
What a pair of bullies these two are, sad they don't recognise the reason for their powers and use them accordingly in the situation they are meant for.
@Smokeango I totally agree with your clearly learned point, but for the sake of argument, don't you think the crux of the case rests on what was "reasonable suspicion" I can't remember if it's an objective or subjective test, and in pretty sure there will be a seminal authority covering entirely these circumstances. Almost 100% of the channel’s content is him being kind, argumentative and nice to police who try to infringe on his rights. They ALWAYS SETTLE OUT OF court, the state just has to dangle money on front of them and the taxpayers pay for the cops wrongdoings and they get a few days of payed vacation as a thanks for violating peoples rights. There are also LOT of empty threads, and auditors just never suing. I do not know about the UK laws and how it works but I bet he actually never sued because he just want to make money on youtube, does not want to risk the lawyer money ... my guess is there is actually some tyrannical law on the UK that allows them to do this and claim that suspicion is justified in this case. I hate this about auditing. I would be happier if they would sue, lose and TELL ABOUT IT rather then this BS. Watched so many videos where the audience wants to know what happens and the anditors never answer ...
'Give me your details! No! TERRORIST!' An all-too-common scenario. If this criminal genuinely thought you were a terrorist BEFORE his illegal search, exactly what was it that allayed his fears AFTER he had carried out his illegal search? The fact that this petty bully was satisfied that you were not a "terrorist" after illegally searching you and finding NOTHING proves that he never actually suspected you in the first place. You - legally and rightly - said "No" to him and he didn't like that, so he suddenly played the terrorism card in order to get your ID. When that failed the lying little shit knew he was beaten, so stopped trying. An HONEST suspicion with nothing useful either way found in a search would have lead to arrest and further investigations to establish your identity. Please, PLEASE, follow up on your threat to sue them. Contacting CRIMEBODGE would be a great first step. Keep up the good work. 🍌👍

Maybe they should have an hours lecture on "Public Photography " to stop this type of thing happening and educate the new recruits.
You made need to help him.
If not and they still continue to act as these officers do, they are committing a criminal act.
sue them.

This? What about all the other rubbish that they do every day now?

'I decide what i do'
And that attitude is the problem. They should be doing what the TAX PAYERS decide they do. Being public servants and all...
There corporate. A corps. Until you arm yourself to prove your a man, alive! By your creditors account then they can not touch you in anyway unless you murder, steal or trespass on or against any body. Gods commandments and gave you Dominion for man on this planet.
Your standing at this point is you are acting out your straw man, a corpseration. You are dead!! Lost at sea! You have no rights under maritime law. Only privileges.
Fuck the crown!! They have broken all oaths against God and people
I'm six mins into this film and I stopped playing to write this. This pc clearly demonstrates why the police have such a bad reputation. This is pure fabrication and intimation. Shame on him. I'll watch the rest now....
Yes, these two earned the hate today.
I would really love an update on various cases against these people
At 2:42 PC1461 clearly states "He's (security) just said, he said that you haven't been aggressive".
They searched him, harassed him & bullied him for something that they still couldn't stop him from doing in the end anyway!!!!
Now that is true terrorism right there. 💯

remember, THE PROBLEM IS NOT CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE, THE PROBLEM IS CIVIL OBEDIENCE.
A major problem is the passing of laws that then get abused and used as an excuse for unlawful and abhorrent conduct by the 'authorities'.
Do terrorists usually conduct surveillance so overtly, and then go out of their way to draw attention to themselves by being abusive to security personnel? ( I know AB wasn't abusive but that was what the jumbo sausage used as an excuse for reasonable suspicion)

The power to stop and search someone under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000 no longer exists.
It's now s43A I think and it can only apply at designated areas, or on the authority of a senior officer

Sue them
@Smokeango I totally agree with your clearly learned point, but for the sake of argument, don't you think the crux of the case rests on what was "reasonable suspicion" I can't remember if it's an objective or subjective test, and in pretty sure there will be a seminal authority covering entirely these circumstances. Almost 100% of the channel’s content is him being kind, argumentative and nice to police who try to infringe on his rights. Then when he refuses to have his rights raped he is unduly detained and searched for no reason. So far so good, but when he rightly threatens to sue these tyrannical pigs to teach them a lesson and set an example for the other tyrannical pigs, and he leaves it alone and does not sue anyone, it does the opposite. Police officers gain even more confidence to continue tyranny.
I follow A LOT of american auditors. They sometimes win but they have to sign NDAs and its almost never get public what they get.
