The feedback is my main problem
I think nobody gave them the comment "cap this amount because we do not grind".
I think they read: "I don't want to spend 8 hours a day every day to get something (I view as) mandatory to play the game". So instead of making the grind shorter so more things could be bought in less time, they made the grind the same and nerfed the things.
Yes, you're right, those of us who raided and have arcane energize in surplus, or did eidolon seppuku, or the last event, now have market share. Only the new players get hurt. I didn't even buy a bunch of energize last event I just finished my set of everything instead of dealing with trades. They should just put energize as a guaranteed permanent reward for doing dead content islands. (Such as ones with veilthrons, archwing missions, Salid V, justice points duels, conclave) Actually just make it conclave so ppl can have a good queue time. I don't need anything in this game I just want to crush ppl who do in pvp.

At least you can buy the parts you need for Citrine. OG Protea gives you over 50 shoulder cosmetics that DON'T stack. In other words, you're getting no rewards for that run.
are they changing blood rush?
The horrible, bug-ridden (still after years that they haven't fixed), grinds they expect you to do throughout the game for untradable stuff, fine, an event that you can choose to grind to get surplus to sell and make plat when the event is over, not fine.
I do not think it's bad news. It's just healthy to put some limitations. DE has proven multiple times that they actually care about players, not only about money (best example would be that kubrow color "slot machine") and that's probably why they want to cap rewards.

It's probably the players who sell Arcane Energize on the market for high prices and they want to reduce the supply again so the price's will go up again. Seriously, some people treat games way too serious. IT'S A GAME! Lets us do what we want, we want to grind to no extend.

Yeah the feedback 🤔 weird tenno. But anyway they are giving this opportunity may be because of elite archmedia. Now this might give hope for new players who've just reached archmedia mode a quiet bit easy. I guess DE listened to your thoughts about changing archmedia loadouts but indirectly. IDK why am I being DE side but thinking again makes me wonder about positives vibes of certain things made by DE.

Wtf are you yapping about bruh? Let people grind how they want to. At the end of the day, they're the ones keeping things in warframe affordable. The dumb tennos giving them feedback are clearly elitists who are pissed that energize is no longer a 2k plat arcane. Nerfing rewards in a grinding game is ridiculous.
