I think the important note on Rogaine / minoxidil is that once you take it, you cannot stop unless you're OK with losing the hair gains. Nothing wrong with taking it but I think people should know that it's a long term commitment if you're happy with the results. The other important part is taking a DHT blocker to extend the life of the gains granted by Rogaine / minoxidil

Minox can also cause a bad shedding of your healthy hair. I would never take it if you have no problems... It can even worsen it. Its like flipping coin, some helps some not.

If you're not using finasteride it's useless
I had slight hair lose in my late 20s, and got Finasteride prescription from my doctor. My father lost hair around that age, so I fell into a spiral of anxiety. I'm in my 30s now and my hair is strong as before. Same goes for my libido, I didn't experience any changes. I take 1/4 of the pill daily. This, for me, was the only thing that helped. Considering also that I'm still under a lot of stress.
Also to note, each of us is different and everyone reacts differently.

None of this matters for hairloss. Finasteride first, minoxidil second. That's literally all there is to it.

i had a bit of a hair loss and i tried after my hairdresser recommend to me sebastian hairloss and everyday shampoo ( each month u just just between shampoos) and also nioxin day spray and night serum LIFE CHANGER
Minoxidil is deadly to cats so be careful with it. My cat likes licking my hair sometimes while I sleep so its just not worth the risk.

friends i would like to share some information with you. pure peppermint oil works way better than minoxidil ( it is proved in one study). for dht blocker you can drink green tea. eat food that is rich in protein.

It does not. Been on 1Mg Finasteride per day since 10 years. Both, testosterone levels, sex drive, muscle growth, no negative impact whatsoever.
Taking minoxidil as well, but the potion format. Fully worth it, well recommendable. Check out “the hairloss show” on RUclips, they take on it from a more professional perspective as Doctors.
