Determine your curl patterns, basically how loose/tight your curls are, you can have different patterns in your hair. Determine you porosity and texture, this says how easily you hair absorbs moisture, texture says how light/coarse your hair is. This is important because some products, techniques or problems are unique to different hair patterns, porosities and textures. You have to have a good diet, good sleep and be hydrated to have not only healthy hair, but a healthy body. There are 4 things you'll need for taking care of your curls. - a shampoo - a conditioner - a leave-in - a gel The shampoo will clean your scalp and allow hair to grow healthy, a lot of fizz is often because of buildup, this is solved by a clean scalp. Mostly, people with curly hair shampoo once or twice a week The conditioner gives your hair that the shampoo stripped, you have to experiment to find the one that works for you, look for one for curls without harsh chemicals, you also have to experiment with how often you use it, I used to use it every day, now I'm doing it every other day. The leave-in gives moisture to your hair, this won't be washed off, but will be leaved in, lol. The gel just holds this all together and creates definition, you can also use a mousse for less definition and more volume. This should create a cas when dry, it will make your hair crunchy, you just have to scrunch out the cast and your hair will be soft, defined and bouncy. Some things you can look for in the future is: A shower filter A hair oil A hair mask This will be stressing, but it'll be worth it man, I promise
@@abelperez1827 Thanks for taking the time to write all of that out to help me! I currently co-wash almost every day but my hair is dry by the end of the day. Even when I use leave in conditioner it's dry by the end of the day. Mousse and curl cream helps to define my curls, but it makes my hair crunchy even if I try to break the hold. And even if I can get my hair to look alright, this all goes out the window as soon as I workout or go outside for a while. Then its right back to the poofy hair. I'm going to try getting a new shower head with a filter because the water in my area is pretty hard. I'm also going to try the hair oil. Thanks for the help and suggestions! You're awesome!

As someone who is half black I haven’t been able to find any good hairstyles that I can do with my hair type. I’ve picked out my 15 favorite styles and I can’t do a single one of them. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck with bad hair?
I have straight very thick black hair and i just think i cant pull a long haired hairstyle bcs my hair is very thick and very straight. (Even my barber said i couldnt pull a slickback bcs of my hair type) Is there something I can do to fix it. Btw my skull shape sucks so i cant rock the buzz cut or something w too much volume .
I have extremely thick hair and the best choice i ever made was growing it out. I just got one of the worst haircuts of my life and i miss my long hair so much. So many guys don’t even know what their true hair looks like, because when i grew my hair out I realized my hair was actually curly. The hardest part is just getting past the awkward phase, but if you can commit to it, long hair looks really good.
I’ll actually do my hair, since I neglect it tbh, but I have curly thick hair and I’ll start to wash 2-3 times a week now(used to wash it everyday but it makes my scalp dry and effects hair) but my question is what do I do with hair when I’m not washing it like when I’m done washing my hair for the 2-3 days what do I do for the rest of the other days
question, do we gotta cut all of our hair off and then start growing it back healthy again in order to maximize the benefits of scalp & haircare combined?
I cut my haircut like a buzz cut and i noticed some improvements in my hair after taking care of it, i am now 2 weeks in growing my hair. But idk though i don't think its necessary
Soemtiems, your hair does not have dandruff but rather hair product build up, just clear it normally. Other way, use an anti dandruff shampoo BUT, first wet your hair lukewarm water, then apply an amount of shampoo suitable for your hair length and apply it directly on to your head. Then use your fingers to gently massage your scalp with it, not just your hair but your scalp. Then rinse off, and after sometime you will probably get rid of drandruff
When I was younger I had pretty curly hair but now they're somewhat wavy, is there a way by which I can get those curls back? Btw high quality content 📈
It means your have became damaged over time. Get a buzz cut or go bald, then take care of your hair properly. Because that means you are restarting your hair growth and doing it with care this time, which will help it grow back without damage.
Um Use Funugreek Seeds Avla and Aloe vera Gel and Almond hair Oil 😭 Losing 50-100 Hairs a Day is Normal But Reduce it By Using Dove shampoo and Before bed Use Oil Only on Roots and Than wash and Use Avla Aloevera Gel Honey and Banana as a Hair Mask It Might Work 😢
