The flat flanged area along the door sill is meant for double sided tape... so you didnt need to do that under the car thing with the brackets. when tape is applied to the flanges (you only need 3 2" strips of 3M VHB grey exterior tape at the start, middle and end of the flange as its 5 lbs of hold per sq inch), it pulls the skirt up against the car perfectly and the skirts dont move. the flat flanged areas on the insides that go against the fenders and rear quarter panels are also meant for double sided tape as well. i did the door sil flanges so you dont have to mess with brackets and drill into the bottom of the car.
