in cutting length of the main bar, you have taken only one-time bend, there should be 2x2x16

U mean Duck Leg Length ...its 16d. And if u taking 12mm dia bar then its come out to be 16x12=192mm

Duck length 16×16 kaise liya sir samjh nhi aaya

Duckleg length =16×D, where D is the dia of bar. And in this case we using 16mm bar then Duckleg length=16×16
