  • Here it is finally! This is my diet and workout plan to stay lean while slowly gaining muscle mass as a natural lifter. This program is great for people who are new to bodybuilding or even intermediates who would like to switch things up for new results.
    In this video I show the Wednesday routine for Week 1 of the "Body-Bulk." The Body-Bulk is 4 weeks worth of bulking in my Maintenance Physique Regimen.
    Next is the Friday Routine for Week 1.
