It's a shame that they completely dropped this storyline. No one even bothered to tell Ben about Juliet's death, and we never got to see his reaction to it. He played such a crucial role in Juliet's life - he brought and kept her on the island where she met Sawyer and ultimately died, he facilitated the recovery of her sister, orchestrated the death of her boyfriend. And they never even got to share a scene in the afterlife to resolve any of their issues!

No, Harper says "you look just like her," in which she was referring to Ben's mother. In the season 3 episode "The Man Behind the Curtain," little Ben saw and talked to the apparition of his mother. That is why he took interest in Juliet.
Given that how he "acquired" Alex as his daughter, it makes horrible sense that he would do the same to acquire a wife just like how he killed to acquire the Man in Black as his surrogate father.
I still wish they explored more into Ben and Juliets relationship. After this episode onwards the writers obviously forgot or didn’t bother to continue it.
What do you mean with "back than". I mean when Ben turned the island at the end of season 4. The consequence of this was, that he was expelled from the island and can never return (he says so). And I don't say that Ben has anything to do with making Jack an alcoholic (although you can not be 100% sure by Lost). He is not responsible for everything bad that happens. But the good things he does, even if they also help others directly, he always provides from it in some way.
"Well how bout that" this totally make sense that Ben wasn't excited, because Jack in the Dharma days didn't help little Ben when he was shot by Sayid. Grown up Ben knew Jack wasn't going to help him that easily. which is why he did the things he did to force Jack into doing the surgery.

Never again, except on that stupid episode, was told, that Ben have feelings for Juliet. Never before this episode and never again after. After Juliet went to the camp, where she should take an eye on the pregnant women, Ben and her had never any scene together again. Never. And: If Ben supposedly loved Juliet, why wasn't he even jealous of Jack? It's all so insane. And at the end of this stupid episode, Juliet said to Jack: ,, It's better that you not love me. Because Ben think, i own him". Such stupid sentence. There was never any sign, that Ben could be jealous on Jack. Because Ben don't cared about Juliet. In one episode, the Others want to kill Juliet, because she killed one from the others. Ben ordered that. Should that be love or feelings for her! Of course not! Ben also never said her name again and they never had any scene together again. I really don't know, why the writer's made this scene in this video. It really make no sense. There was never any sign, that Ben loved Juliet. Really never. Quite the reverse!
on top of that, in the season 3 premier, Ben was okay with Juliet dying. Jack had a broken plate to her neck and told Ben that he would kill her. Ben reponded "ok" all nonchalantly. And when Jack opened the door and started a flood, Ben ran out to protect himself and locked Juliet in there with Jack. He had 0 concern for her life twice. But all of a sudden in this episode, he has feelings for her?

But Richard said he wouldn't remember anything, and if he said anything I would think he meant anything, not some things with a few fleeting memories still in tact. But I don't know, we don't really even know the full extent of what he meant by that anyway, would he just forget his whole childhood, or that one specific incident, would he not remember past Juliet and the others getting there, who knows really?
All because he forgets everything (or is about to), it doesn't mean he's not going to meet Juliet again. We've still got...a lot more to see. I have a feeling lil Ben will see Juliet again.
