Subscribed and rang the bell I just recently took an interest in RC cars after winning a Stampede 2wd in a local promotion and now here it is 2 months later and the Stampede is no longer stock and I just finished my first build a Castle Powere Rustler a week ago! Never Ran...! Anyways was wondering where a guy might list it for sale? Seems i want to get into Drag so The Rustlers gotta go For A drag slash lol! What's the best way to unglue a tire to put it on a new wheel? I have a brand new tire and wheel that my kid stripped out and don't want to trash a good tire any suggestions would greatly be appreciated
@@MarkSantaMaria I tried just about everything including the proline. I got a bottle of ASI MIL-A-46050 through McMaster Carr, sanded and cleaned with acetone and they haven't separated.
Damn. Someone needs to make a tutorial for glueing e revo 2.0 tires, idk if my glue isn’t the best or what but I reglue at least 1 tire after each run 😵
@@MarkSantaMaria yea it’s a bit of a head scratcher, even my brand new set came unglued crazy fast... not the biggest issue of course, it’s usually only a small section that needs reglued, but I feel like there HAS to be something strong enough to hold these things for at least a few packs! 😂
@@LandenDenham I’ve thought about different wheels n’ tires but I love the stock tires, they’re like xmaxx stock tires. Amazing for anything and everything, nothing quite like em

Love that jig...and, best of all, looks like it works GREAT. Only one problem - he needs to design/produce one for 1/10 buggy tires/wheels.
It doesn't work with Schumacher 8th scale tires. The price is also obscene

soak in containter of acetone.
@@drew-ie9xw +1 Get a bucket from home depot fill it with acetone just enough to cover a tire and let them soak

No matter how well I prep and glue my baja rey on 3s flings the tires off after about three runs.

After they come unglued its hard to get them to cure right. Not to mention the revo 2.0 has way too much power for normal tires… hahaha
