Thank you so much to Ninjafish for editing this together!
I have some sheet music available here: www.musicnotes...

I learned Meridian Dance on the spot, then played it back using my looper.
Detectives among us will hear multiple layers, those layers are all performed by me!
So cool!
Aww heck yeah! Final boss battle theme to one of the GOATs of 16-bit RPGs, Secret of Mana!
Somehow I thought you already did a vid on this, but I guess not and this rendition ROCKS! Even more doe because you learned the song and then played it during a stream. Hats off to you!
Nice job 😊
Finally something wholesome! 😂😂😂
Oh please every single long form video I’ve uploaded has been music
@@lara6683 I’m just kidding girl. Sarcasm is so hard to get across in text form. I wish you put up your roller derby footage! I’m still hoping for Soul Blazer (snes soundtrack). Sorry if you took me serious!
Great music for piano from doing old songs or learning new ones like this bid. I will comment in future from time to time.🌌
vworp-vworp
Beautiful ❤!. I do love video games music, specially snes.
I’m seeing your chrono trigger video again, I love it too
This is my all-time favorite RPG, and i love that you took a crack at this. You did an amazing job. I love how this turned out
Once again, well done! Taking a difficult tune from a well-known and beloved game, and adding your very own awesome touches to it! Thank you for sharing this, Lara. 🥰
Secret of Manas OST is a beast. I played this game all the time with my grandma as a kid :')
Are you gonna play Vision of Mana when it comes out? The release date is supposed to be around June 2024.
Ooooo maybe
Thanks RUclips!! I will search these out myself!!🤬
😍 Can't stop watching you learning and playing. Very nice !
Amazing as always!
Thank you 🎉🎉🎉
Yay! One of my favourite game OSTs. :)
You absolutely nailed this one! So many great songs in Secret Of Mana. ❤
Secret of Mana (Super Nintendo)

I love Mana songs. Thank you Lara! 🤩🌳♥
すごい👍
Have you ever played The Beauty of Love thats a very pretty song 😊😊❤
Hell. Freaking. Yeah! You're a beast!!!
Pog, more music, love to see it
great job editing the visual segments together. it really shows how your process happens live with the looper
🤯
Thanks for the post 😊😊
I wonder if she saw any video footage of the actual boss that you fight to this tune? It's actually rather sad that you have to fight such a cute and fluffy guy, who looks just like the flying mount you've been using for half the game, only bigger (the one you have is a youngling). It's not evil, it's just trying to do its job of protecting the world. The empire rose a magical fortress into the air which is draining the land dry of Mana, and the Mana Beast has come to destroy the Mana Fortress. But, if it isn't stopped, the clash would be catastrophic to the world, and many people would die in the ensuing cataclysm it would cause, so you have to kill the poor fluffy thing that's just trying to keep balance in the world. So this music plays while you're standing on a balcony attacking the thing as it flies past you, stopping to cast a few spells and then flying away to unleash fire breaths at you before strafing along and trying to rake you with its claws.
I’ve finished the game.
I've got a silly question about your color synesthesia. Does it come across as like an overall tint of color over your whole vision or is it like spotted lights around your vision?
Hopefully, i'm not prying! I'm just curious, you experience things differently than I do and I want to try and understand that.
It’s like staring at the sun and then looking away
flammmmmie!!!!!
You’re so talented
Amazing work on my request! Sounds awesome. It was fun to edit it together
I dont know what Meridian Dance is (probably too old) but i loved seeing some of the process you went through decoding it and pulling it all together.
Would genuinely love to see just a *little* more of the detail on you figuring it out. Not much, but some.
That’s the tricky balance, I couldn’t make it too long or folks with no attention spans would click away
Always blows my mind not just how well you play but how ridiculously quickly you find and pick a melody up. Amazing job.
Classic.
I like her :)
hot
Always absolutely amazing watching you process the song and play it back 😳🫢
This is insane!
This brings me back. Playing imported ROMs for games never released in the 90s listening to the in game jukebox menus.
Secret has some great proggy stuff i love it so much, you've done so well!
Hiroki Kikuta's tries to compose like Pink Floyd would go about composing. However, he is also very heavily influenced by Indonesian gamelan, and while the piano can translate the notes the best, it just doesnt sound the same unless you use the proper instruments.
I am in awe of your talents. That was very impressive.
Looks fantastic, the 3 different lines ans Sounds great thanks lara
Very good music Lara, and well writen sheets for Meridian Dance! 👏👏👏
2:03... That's simply beautiful... 😮
Spettacolo 🤩

Secret of Mana! 😯
Amazing knowledge
😊😊😊😊
Brilliant
Great job ! 😊
This is amazing!
mind blowing!
Very awe inspiring.
Awesome job Lara
How long did it take you to get it down? Cus you got it down pretty good lol just saying haha! Keep it up!
It took her about 20 minutes for this very complicated song. The whole thing can be found on twitch or ask for it on her Discord :)
20 minutes is amazing 😮
Oh wow!! I have no classical training but I'm a self-taught pianist and I've been playing for probably 4 years now... I haven't tuned into your streams before so the beginning of this video really shows me how you do this, and it makes me feel good about myself since my process is kinda similar (just less impressive)! its so inspiring, I want to get up and try playing something new myself now!
Beautiful playing yet again^^
it took me months to figure out how to defeat the mana beast. this song is burnt in to my memory
