- One of our favorite things about living in Green Valley Ranch is The District at Green Valley Ranch. The area outside of Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino is a small city in itself. There are condos that are absolutely beautiful and lots of retail shops and restaurants. We love to stop into Parkway Tavern to catch a Vegas Golden Knight or Minnesota Vikings football game as the environment is high energy and they have great specials! This is definitely a must if you're looking to get off of the strip and explore where Henderson locals spend their time.

Yea, there are condos above the restaurant/bars. Around 80 units total, I actually have a condo here above the REI. HOA fees are pretty substantial, its 600+ a month. They don’t come for sale too often though. Most of the condos are 2nd homes for people though.
