I'm not sure if this is the best platform to say this, but I just have to say a huge thank you to the composers, Taliesin Jaffe and whoever else has made this video possible. This is my go-to video whenever I want to relieve stress or just regain clarity. Sometimes I just sit listening to this, not thinking about my future or my past but feeling the moment. Sometimes it makes me cry, sometimes it makes me smile. My wife sometimes notices that I am carrying extra weight on my shoulders and she asks me: “Do you want me to put your playlist on?” This just works so perfectly. So thank you for your work. I do the same thing! I struggle with a bit of PTSD from work and this playlist really helps me on hard days. I roll out a yoga mat and just lie down listening to this. I agree about Caduceus, he is so thoughtful and caring it totally disarms me. For example, when he says “dont worry mushrooms the earth will remember you” I totally fixated on how charming that thought is. The nurturing earth remembers everything no matter how small…even a mushroom. Then I thought does the Earth remember us all? Probably not…but maybe it does, something very comforting about that.
Same im going through a lot of mental health issues and get super overwhelmed at school, but this always manages to calm me down. Caduceus is a great comfort character and just has a great vibe. A mighty vibe, if you will

@@Cybercoin Yes she does, as a metagame way to poke fun at Taliesin Jaffe for that Percy line being a little dumb. I personally loved that line by Percy but I know I'm in the minority on that one XD
Taliesin always got flak for that one but I instantly associated it with that quote from Lawrence of Arabia: "There is nothing in the desert, and no man needs nothing." Made it a lot less awkward sounding to my ears than it really was.
there's something deeply melancholic, yet reassuring about this; Existentially lonely, yet filled with a pregnant peace. Couldn't be a more perfect vibe for our favorite Grave Cleric.
@@jordanmathenia1966 you have a sharp eye there, but nope :3 i truly intended to use the word pregnant - it's a reference to the serene sensation of nothingness that one finds in Zen, yet this void is not one that is empty, but (paradoxically) "full" - and is aptly described as "the pregnant void".

Played this whilst my girlfriend and i were making stew on a cold rainy night (we're in Australia and its winter over here), it was so nice and relaxing for her as she had been suffering from sensory overload this afternoon and this really helped take the edge off it. she also likes the animations of the different kinds of fungi growing on the log so that's also a big plus. Love Critical Role. Love the whole bunch. It broke my heart when Mollymauk died, but introducing Caduceus helped in healing the many fans. This soundtrack and animation is extravagant and brings back so many fond memories. Long May He Reign, and thank you, Caduceus.
The next one could be music with Veth/Nott and Yeza. I think a good setting would be in a building and they are both making potions and other chemical stuff. And cool effects could be like Veth/Nott using mage hand and tapping yeza on the shoulder when he is not looking. And a small mirror that tilts or turns every now and then and you can see the other version of veth/Nott. So if the video has Nott in it while the mirror is turning you can see veth for just a split second.
You couldn’t do this without spoiling the Nott/Veth thing for SOMEONE, and even just this comment and comment thread is going to spoil it for someone. Veth should be done last purely to minimize this sort of thing.
The Amish Toaster I don’t think it’s a big deal. By that same logic, Caduceus should have been last or next to last because his existence spoils Molly’s death.
I listen to this almost every day at work (I'm a writer, so music without words is my bread and butter!). Somehow, every time I get to the part where he says, “Might be time to warm up another kettle," I'm out of tea and it reminds me to fill up with another one. Tea is absolutely my writing fuel, so this is undoubtedly one of my favorite Mighty Vibes videos!
So soothing. Each time Taleisan speaks as Caduceus, it's a treat. I could listen to that voice for hours. I would love to have him, in that voice, make an audible book telling tales of Xandria.
To those who made this video possible, thank you. This video has been helping me get my 3 year old son to sleep for a little over a week. His mother and I thank you from the bottoms of our sleep deprived hearts
I would just like to say that the second red starlike mushroom by the front of the log looks an awful lot like a stink horn. This was the first mushroom to be catalogued in Australia because it was one of the nastiest things the explorers had ever smelt. Apparently smells like a rotting corpse, might remind Clay of his home, and how only he would see the true beauty of it. 🌸🌸🍄
0:02 :oh that's just beautiful 5:42 :hello mushrooms, the earth will remember you 12:25 :what better reason for life than the nourishment of others 21:38 :just sit with a kettle and the world will come to you 28:25 :life needs things to live, so true 30:31 :might be time to warm up another kettle 39:59 :the perfect cup of tea 43:35 :I could write a book about the things I don't know 49:42 :I miss the sun, but the moons will do in a pinch 54:04 :from life to death to back again
Another fun little detail is the tea kettle: it’s green with a drawing of cherry blossom on it, referencing the color scheme Taliesin used when creating Cad: an Arizona Tea bottle Also, the fruit bowl can be a reference to the infamous “I am your god, long may I reign” incident, where Molly become a bisexual (later revealed as a pansexual) god
That animation is so hypnotic. I really love the way he holds his cup with two fingers curled under it. Also the fact that you can see him swishing his tea in his mouth every time he takes a drink. It’s tiny details like those that really make a character come to life.
I'd love for Fjords first half of the track to have voice samples of him with his southern accent. Then in the second half the vibes get a bit more loose and the voice samples are with his natural accent
@@NoZignature As MrPsycr0 said, Autumn Orange has made 2 excellent Lo-fi albums for Fjord, doing exactly what you have suggested. would strongly recommend.
The Xhorhaus looks stunning! Upon entering the city of eternal night, you can see right there...yes right there. A towering tree, glowing a soft and calming light. Living and growing, amongst the wastes of Xhorhas, a most beautiful creation of nature.
I keep coming back here whenever I need comfort or need to relax. I wish I could sit with Caduceus and have some tea with him...and maybe ask for a hug strong enough to press my soul back into my body.

Thank you so much for creating this work of art. My horse is 30+ years old. She has been retired for almost 8 months. I come out to where I board her almost daily to feed her and spend time with her as her time is coming to an end (after 17 years together). I always play different lofi mixes to her. Hearing Talieshin/Caeuceus say "I could write a book about the things I don't know", while utterly sleep-deprived drafting my thesis, was the one thing that I didn't know how much I needed at the time.
I adore the symbolism here, and I realise that this is how it is now, but I can't help but hold out hope anyway. I see that moving on is necessary and important, but he is still very much a member of the Nein in my heart, and it breaks me to see that he is only in the atmosphere now, no longer present in anything but the symbolism. I'd say rest in peace, but it's been two years and still I wish he'd do anything but.
I think Caduceus would say 'Wishing is natural, it's the first step in making things happen; not necessarily the things that need to happen for you to get your wish, but the push to change one thing will lead to changes in other places. And if you're watching, and keep your heart open to them, those other changes are where new happiness comes from.'
@@Geth-Who Is that quote from anything? Aside from you being absolutely correct in it sounds exactly like Caduceus' idology, it is just a fabulous line. Given the pandemic and the loss everyone is experiencing both as a whole and in many cases on very personal levels, he has been exactly what I've needed personally.
Not sure how many people listen to this, but it's my daughters favorite sleep time music. We visit this mix almost every night but at least two or 3 times a week. Thank you for bringing it into being. Her oldest toy and second or third favorite is "goosey" after I named it cadeusus after she went to hospital on the day she was born. And was there month in and out and deusy was the only one she was allowed to have with her in the NICU. Just amazing what gets you through things. This show, this character and this music helped me through a really dark patch in my life. So thank you.
I'll repeat a comment here that I posted during the premiere on Twitch: the fingerpick guitar style will always remind me of my dad's old Phil Keaggy albums, it's such a relaxing and nostalgic sound for me. Because of that, this might be my favorite mix yet. I love that these collections have grown beyond just lo-fi to embrace other styles of music while retaining their mission of giving us music to chill to.
There's something about this lofi mix that just keeps bringing me back. Maybe it's the visuals of Caduceus casually influencing the course of nature around him, moving infrequently but significantly. Maybe it's the softly glowing lights and brightly hued mushrooms which tell a tale of an alien but beautiful world. But the thing I think that is the most haunting for me is just the music. The gentle guitar and the vibrations echoing into the distance sing songs of yearning, love, and unknowable beauty. You can hear tragedy in those notes but always as an abstract inevitability instead of as a dark reminder of mortality. It makes one want to stop and just fade into the rhythms of the universe. In short, this is the music of Caduceus.
I've been having a rough time lately, especially with some anxiety flaring up, and I haven't had time to just sit down and do nothing. This music is so calming that I want to cry. I don't know if anyone will read this, but thanks so much guys. Love you all.
Please everyone at critical role. Please keep making these awesome videos. We seriously need one for every member of the mighty nien even the fallen one. Ive enjoyed these lofi beats since you started them thank you and please continue
Thank you for this. I needed Caduceus today. I just lost my dog I've had for 17 years since she was 5 weeks old. This pain is immense and I found myself thinking about what he might say to me. I've found some comfort here. Thank you....
The dissertation playlist. Can’t tell you how many times I’d listen to this, typing away. Or, you know, staring blankly at the wall inhaling my coffee for twenty minutes.
Just made it to the episode where Caduceus creates his garden and immediately needed to come back to this video I watched a full year before I got there lol.
I'm only fifteen minutes in, and the comment of "The Earth will remember you" just made me tear up. This is exactly the kind of stuff I listen to when I'm working on my campaign and homebrew stuff. Thank you guys, for releasing all of these
What makes this truly amazing is that i haven't even gotten to where Caduceus join the party and I still feel waves of enjoyment from listening to this
Been using this to study for my lawyer degree. Right now studying for my last test before I get it. Thanks, Critical Role and specially Caduceus. Love to y'all
Honestly, I think this is the best Mighty Vibes compilation. At least for what I use it, that is concentration purposes, there is nothing better than Cadeuceus' drawl talk and the magic, relaxing tunes of the music to forget about the world and focus on your task.... which is a very Cadeuceus thing to say. Amazing work, thanks Critical Role ❤️

I love the vibes of this one, the calm environment, Caduceus manipulating the mushrooms, the overall purpley theme. Right up there with Mighty Vibes Vol 2 as my favorite.
Thanks. I'm not sure you're all aware of the mental/spiritual impact that your joy of life and others has on those of us who are habitually isolated because of trauma, but I'm here to remind you that it's real and it's valuable.
Veth’s track could be chaotic, but I wanna see Yeza and Luc. A chill family bounding moment. Fjords track: Seaside tunes to fjorget about my problems But it’s not chill, the vibe is anxiety.
Doubtful that anyone still reads these, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. But this mix got to me right when I needed something like this the most trying to get myself out of a deep hole I had dug. Thanks CR team.
This helped take me out of a panic attack that's been nipping at my heels all day long, literally sitting cuddled in a blanket, watching the animation, and listening to this peaceful music took me down from it. Thank you for this
This is still my favorite of all the Mighty Vibes yet. I will often just lounge back on the couch and pop this on. No book, no TV. Just me and my thoughts
I do not think any other CR lofi music can top this one. For me at least.. I’ve been walking 3 miles a day to this through the trees and it feels like an out of body experience
The animation in this video is mind-blowing! It's like watching a magical story unfold before my eyes. And the music perfectly complements the visuals. I'm in awe!💖💖💖💖
"What better reason for life than the nourishment of others?" and "Just sit with a kettle and the world will come to you" are my life philosophies...I love Cad so much I could cry!!!
Steve Johnston okay, that does make sense. Nothing against these artists but I’ve been consistently disappointed at the lack of Autumn Orange tracks on these playlists but yea. He kinda tells the story of the characters through his songs and I could definitely see how, if someone wasn’t caught up on the show, there could be some big spoilers.
I am currently preparing for a job interview, with this music playing in the background. There is something so assuring in the way Cad Clay/Taliesin Jaffe empathises. I feel more relaxed than I have in ages, and my anxiety is much lessened. Thank you Crit Role Team! May the dice gods be on your side!

@@howeslife2718 Doesn't Jester say it as well in the beginning with Molly saying that its a ridiculous thing to say?
@@Cybercoin Yes she does, as a metagame way to poke fun at Taliesin Jaffe for that Percy line being a little dumb. I personally loved that line by Percy but I know I'm in the minority on that one XD
Taliesin always got flak for that one but I instantly associated it with that quote from Lawrence of Arabia: "There is nothing in the desert, and no man needs nothing." Made it a lot less awkward sounding to my ears than it really was.
Started listening to this every time I take care of my plants, reminds me it isn't a chore, it's relaxation time.
there's something deeply melancholic, yet reassuring about this; Existentially lonely, yet filled with a pregnant peace. Couldn't be a more perfect vibe for our favorite Grave Cleric.
I think you mean poignant not pregnant. But I definitely agree.

This needs to be at the top!
30:30 "Might be time to warm up another kettle."
(shes a huge plant nerd and i love her)
Thank you Critical Role for this addition to the mighty vibes collection.

THIS NEEDS MORE LIKES RIGHT NOW, THAT'S FREAKING GENUIS
Maybe a very brief moment where Luc runs in and you just see, like, the top of his head
That is perfect
*Exandria. I don't think you're referring to the symphonic metal band Xandria haha! Though I would love to hear a Caduceus review of the group!
I agree
OMG YES
To those who made this video possible, thank you. This video has been helping me get my 3 year old son to sleep for a little over a week. His mother and I thank you from the bottoms of our sleep deprived hearts

That was the first thing I noticed too lmao

Green Tea
I would just like to say that the second red starlike mushroom by the front of the log looks an awful lot like a stink horn. This was the first mushroom to be catalogued in Australia because it was one of the nastiest things the explorers had ever smelt. Apparently smells like a rotting corpse, might remind Clay of his home, and how only he would see the true beauty of it. 🌸🌸🍄
The Octopus Stinkhorn? Yes. ;)

There are also tarot cards in the bottom right
@@ChangelingWaves I noticed, such a sweet detail! :D
Lavender forgetmenots too...
and 9 of the purple leaves
Another fun little detail is the tea kettle: it’s green with a drawing of cherry blossom on it, referencing the color scheme Taliesin used when creating Cad: an Arizona Tea bottle
Also, the fruit bowl can be a reference to the infamous “I am your god, long may I reign” incident, where Molly become a bisexual (later revealed as a pansexual) god

Long may he reign and may he shine bright
I think Caduceus would say 'Wishing is natural, it's the first step in making things happen; not necessarily the things that need to happen for you to get your wish, but the push to change one thing will lead to changes in other places. And if you're watching, and keep your heart open to them, those other changes are where new happiness comes from.'
@@Geth-Who Dude, that's such a Caduceus line! I totally heard it in his voice.
@Asantai Meep two years? He died in the most recent episode lol wtf? xD
Being called a mushroom by Caduceus Clay has made every single aspect of my life infinitely better.
I've been having a rough time lately, especially with some anxiety flaring up, and I haven't had time to just sit down and do nothing. This music is so calming that I want to cry. I don't know if anyone will read this, but thanks so much guys. Love you all.
