2:53 This was actually my first dragon ball Z game, and by god I'm so glad this video included it so I can go buy it for some good al nostalgia because I had no idea what the name was.
Ive got nostalgia for the Tenkaichi games, and I still play both Budokai 3 and Super DragonBall on PS2 from time to time, but every game beforehand makes FighterZ look THAT much better...
My favorites are BT2, BT3 and B3. Raging Blast and Raging Blast 2 were the first, which I really got into and they look really good but they just don't have the awesome gameplay of the other 3. :D
Every time I see FighterZ, I desperately want to see the entire series remade inside the game. Every other game had an absolute video game feel to it. FighterZ, on the other hand, looks like it started off as a 3D anime.
Nintendo budokai, budokai 2, budokai, budokai 3, GT transformation, budokai tenkiaichi, budokai tenkiaichi 2, budokai tenkiaichi 3, super DBZ, shin budokai, Xenoverse 1 & 2. Are all my favorite😩. I miss the old school ones
3:50 Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 FTW. Most revolutionary DBZ ever made IMO. The speed, the dragon rush (even if it wasnt very popular heck even DFZ is doing it), the stamina factor, the cool as fuck transformations, the attention to detail, the included characters from DBGT and the movies, Dragon Universe and more. This game blew my mind in 2004.
For people that don't know, the most popular shounen anime has a gazillion games for it with the majority of the titles pretty much the same damn thing. The mangaka's are ridiculously underpaid in comparison when you think about manga sales, anime sales (stupid expensive dvd box sets and actually being on tv), movie sales, video game sales, and toys.
Sometimes people act like it's a big thing that Arc Systems Works made a Dragon Ball game with FighterZ, but they made Supersonic Warriors for GBA, Supersonic Warriors 2 for Nintendo DS, and Extreme Butoden for 3DS before.
There's a nice video about Fighter Z's art direction, how they made it look more like an anime by actually leaving out some movement frames rather than keeping them all in like with a typical 3-D model. Keeping them all in makes the movement look unnatural
My favs: 1. Budukei Tenkeichi 3 2. Xenoverse 2 3. FighterZ 4. Attack of the Saiyans (FighterZ might be 2nd place but cant say yet as I am very new to it.)
Supersonic warriors was my shit back in the day. I remember trading a game for it with a friend on the bus and I used to play it all the fucking time on my gameboy.
No it wasn't a masterpiece. It was a master of puppets tho. Every character played exactly the same. What's the point in having a huge roster if every character plays the same. Nobody except nostalgia filled buttonmashers would buy it again. And just to poke your nerves, if Tenkaichi 3 was a masterpiece then why does it need to be recreated? Sounds to me like it needs to be recreated so they can fix the problems with it. Hahahaha!
He meant remastered and Dragon ball fighterz is not better you wasted your 60 dollars on a shitty game with not a lot of characters and bogus ass online with them chibi ass goku clones😂 that game look like it's worth 30 dollars
Dbz Budokai 3,Tenkaichi 3,Raging Blast 2 and now Fighterz has been the best games ive played. The evolution of these dbz games have been phenomenal
Burst Limit is a good game too
Did you forget about Xenoverse 2
Burst limit was pretty fun
Well, this certainly solidified the fact that DBFZ is hands-down the best looking DBZ game in history.
was about to say myself, looks only it is the most pleasing to the eye.
I don’t know why but seeing DBZ dokkan Battle made me really happy seeing it on the list
DBZ supersonic warriors was the game I never stopped playing when I was little

2:53 This was actually my first dragon ball Z game, and by god I'm so glad this video included it so I can go buy it for some good al nostalgia because I had no idea what the name was.
Super Butouden series was the most fun, especially the 2nd, i also like having to hit the power button when both sides did their super move.
Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and 2 are the best, honestly. The battles really seemed anime-like...
calamorta and also budokai 3... they resemble the anime alot
I've had so many of these..
Damn I loved the legacy of Goku games, Buus Fury was my favorite
Homework in college hit me like 3:33
Ive got nostalgia for the Tenkaichi games, and I still play both Budokai 3 and Super DragonBall on PS2 from time to time, but every game beforehand makes FighterZ look THAT much better...

man, budokai sure was a HUGE step up during the early 2000's compared to it's previous DB games
Budokai Tenkaichi 3 best

Sit Back Down Productions
The best is fighterz you start yhe game and you can go train

Sit Back Down Productions true
Daniel Candia you can train in BT3
FighterZ is the game that the world has waited for since day 1
Took nearly my entire life span to get a Dragonball game that is visually perfect.
Supersonic warriors were the days.... play it everyday on my gameboy during class...
I remember the first one I played back in the day was ultimate battle 22. Had blisters for days because of the damn long ass button combos.
It's cool to hear all of the different music
I SUB TO YOU
Cool I had all of them now I have all the new ones
My favorites are BT2, BT3 and B3. Raging Blast and Raging Blast 2 were the first, which I really got into and they look really good but they just don't have the awesome gameplay of the other 3. :D
So many memories with the legacy of Goku 1 and 2
How is they're any dislikes?! Isn't this what you came for?!
Every time I see FighterZ, I desperately want to see the entire series remade inside the game. Every other game had an absolute video game feel to it. FighterZ, on the other hand, looks like it started off as a 3D anime.

The speed, the dragon rush (even if it wasnt very popular heck even DFZ is doing it), the stamina factor, the cool as fuck transformations, the attention to detail, the included characters from DBGT and the movies, Dragon Universe and more.

dbz raging blast 2 and tenkachi tag team for psp are my favs
People hate on DBFz but look at all the 2d DBZ games that were made way before this game.
watching this makes me feel so old
Sometimes people act like it's a big thing that Arc Systems Works made a Dragon Ball game with FighterZ, but they made Supersonic Warriors for GBA, Supersonic Warriors 2 for Nintendo DS, and Extreme Butoden for 3DS before.
Kevin Lima Ferreira But nothing looks or plays as amazingly as FighterZ does.
I agree, but the other games made by them were great too.
Sooo much dragon ball games I love now I'm here waiting for dbz fighters and xenoverse 3
There's a nice video about Fighter Z's art direction, how they made it look more like an anime by actually leaving out some movement frames rather than keeping them all in like with a typical 3-D model. Keeping them all in makes the movement look unnatural
Looks like every day we have a new "dbz video games evolution"

0:40 reminds me of the super godzilla transformation.
And you're missing Dragon Ball online, there's a few you're missing. This video is incomplete.
How many fuckin' dragon ball games released in 2004-2006?! Wow. How did they all even sell? You would think they would conflict.
Supersonic warriors was my shit back in the day. I remember trading a game for it with a friend on the bus and I used to play it all the fucking time on my gameboy.
Honestly Budokai Tenkaichi 3 was a masterpiece they just need to recreate it and make it multiplayer and I guarantee you lots of people will buy it
No it wasn't a masterpiece. It was a master of puppets tho. Every character played exactly the same. What's the point in having a huge roster if every character plays the same. Nobody except nostalgia filled buttonmashers would buy it again. And just to poke your nerves, if Tenkaichi 3 was a masterpiece then why does it need to be recreated? favorite 1:xenoverse 2 2: raging blast 2 3:tenkachi budokai 3
U Kno for a fact that the thumbnail was lying because super Saiyan didn't even come out in 1986. That was dragon Ball era
3:42 Dragon Ball Advance Adventure--wow!
You forgot the Goku in D.O.N and Jump Stars Series. Unless it’s solely only Dragon Ball games.
Lmfao @2:03
