Great job of collecting all the odd, the famous and the infamous racing games. Well done :) In 1991 Atari released Road Riot 4WD as an arcade game. It was a two seater cabinet. If you played single, your car would be the red one fighting against three yellows. The second player gets a blue car. It was hilarious when the voice over recited the race results, because forth place was announced as being "dead last" and ended up in the score board with a picture of a lollipop. Edit: I am missing the complete FlatOut series. They were kind of cool back in those days. At least the first two parts gained quite good reviews. And another series is missing, too: Asphalt. (I know, you got the last edition, but there are a few predecessors).
Three Zosya games for the ZX Spectrum are well worth mentioning: Rubinho Cucaracha (2022), Travel Through Time Volume 1: Northern Lights (2021), Drift! (2019) Amazing achievements on a platform from 1982 (updated to 128kB in 1985)!

Death Race was the first video game I saw. It was surreal that a grave would stand up when you ran over someone, but this was followed in the later Dragon Quest games, where you drag the coffin.
1991: Vroom (Lankhor) has been released on Atari ST. The Amiga version came out in 1992. 1998: F1 World Grand Prix (Lankhor) has been released on PlayStation in late 1999 or early 2000. (I've worked on that game.)
Missing Stunts (1990) in the list. It was released for MS-DOS that year and Amiga, PC-98 and FM Towns a couple years later. Also Monster Truck Madness in 1996.
