    The Victrix seems like a good deal but I hate how you can only get it in white/purple. I have finally decided on the V2 when I need to get a new controller

    how could they be identical! The official Razer clip says the Chroma has new design mechanics for buttons and triggers over the old one! So, if that is the case why you say the old is similar to the new one?!

      @@Sr2Media what u said is retarded as u video :D
      U have zero knowledge on controllers.The (ur)video shows it.
      And ur comment above is the "cherry on the cake".
      Ur review is sh!t mate , u talked alot but said nothing worthly.
      Mechanics make difference which decrease input lag and improve RT (response time).And there is alot of other stuff as Hz of the controller that makes it better.

    I haven't seen his video on the Wolverine Ultimate, but he is absolutely correct. I am rather tough on controllers in general, but even still I never had a controller fall apart in so many different places. Usually it's just the sticks, i'm really hard on the sticks with a few games I play and I understand this is my problem so I dont complain about it really....other than wishing more controllers did use hall effect joys that would negate most of the problems at least for a lot longer. Hopefully that does become a thing. The wolverine ultimate controllers I had (5 of them) all fell apart in the same places, too. First, the right bumper switch would slowly go out. It would start by not flexing back out to it's original position after being pressed so much and gradually turn to becoming rather "mushy" rather than "clicky" as the mechanical switch should be before finally stopping to work all together. Then it was one of the top face buttons that would do the same thing, usually A or B which I'm assuming is because those possibly get used more, but I'm not sure...it could just be those buttons on that specific controller. And then the left stick, not only would it begin to drift which I would fix through recalibration, but it would eventually full on "break" where it would wobble on it's own just by slightly shaking the controller and would no longer sit dead center on it's own, but would lean off to the left a bit when not touching it. Trying to flip it back to center by pulling it to the edge in one direction and letting it go wouldn't reset it to center either. It would just kinda fall off to the left. All of the extra buttons always seemed to work perfectly, though and even though it fell apart rather quickly, It did seem to feel like great build quality. They were also all fantastic controllers when they worked properly for the first 6 months to a year... But I feel like paying that much for a controller you should get more than that kind of use out of them. Sure the sticks are going to drift and the drift will be worse and/or happen sooner depending on your play style/how rough you are on them, but otherwise, it should last for quite some time. It sucks because they still are my favorite controllers of all time...I do like them in every way better than the V2/v2 chroma except for having the ability to set your deadzone in software. The rear buttons feel so much more comfortable, the controller feels much more comfy all around.

    i have the wolverine ultimate and it held up pretty well.(2 years everyday use) it got minimal stickdrift, but my RB died. (i regulary clean the controller but still) it is very annoying that it miss-clicks or triple-cliks. makes gaming annoying. so im looking for a new one. i would buy another one but i can't find one in the country where i live. (only the v2 and v2 chroma. and i dont wanna wait 1 month for shipping either) after having the wolverine ultimate i realized i dont really use the back padels. but i use the ones on top next to the RB LB. watching this vid made me realise i'll go for the V2. atm it retails for 109e and the chroma for 160!! and even if i would buy the wolverine ultimate from amazon it would be 160 or more so thats a no go. i found ur video easy and str8 forward. no useless jokes and hihi hahas. facts and some personal opinion. just what i needed. it wasnt half and hour either so big up!

    • @percy4209
      @percy4209 Год назад

      You are either very careful with your controllers or you got lucky your RB didn't die sooner. Wolverine Ultimate is my favorite controller of all time, but RB on all 5 of mine died almost entirely (unable to use) within 6 months to a year. I prefer the feel of the WU over the Chroma V2. I don't have small hands and even though the V2 feels bigger in general, the rear buttons feel so much more compact and too close for my fingers. I'm not sure if the V2 is the same as the Wolverine Tournament, but the WU definitely had a superior build about it even though the WT should have been pretty much the same minus the back buttons and audio controls.

    I’ve never needed a pro controller because I play claw but certain things I can appreciate is tactile buttons and hair triggers even tho I do not use the triggers to shoot I remap shooting to the bumper instead and I still get that click hair trigger 😂 but these tactile face buttons are a steal for me I’ll probably buy the original cause I like to play wired anwz and I have an elite series 2 but I find it worse than standard so I don’t even use it I thought it would be better than standard but for my needs it isn’t it’s simply heavier and the face buttons are mushy and sticky I wasted money there I hope I won’t repeat that mistake with the V2

I also play other game like warzone/rocket league if that benefits your decision, thanks any help will do mate. Great review too nice and clear no time wasting straight to the point and i like how you go into a different model the ultimate to version to compare.
