It’s because you not using the clutch when you brake you have to brake using the foot clutch and the foot brake at the same time than when you come to a complete stop don’t move the foot from the foot brake until you put it on neutral when it’s on neutral you can take your foot off. You could also brake by simply keeping both of your foot on the clutch and foot break but this isn’t recommended because it damages the gearbox. Another tip is before you start driving keep your foot on the clutch until you put it on drive and when you put it on drive only press on the clutch a little bit and for the left foot you can press on the throttle which makes the car go and when the car goes to 5kilometers you can take your foot off the clutch
