You should really try the Scania Truck simulator from SCS. Is old now but is quite similar to ETS2. Although there is a free roam part, the best part is in the challenges divided into 12 levels, from difficult parking to dangerous roads and flooded cities. Plus there is a kind of championship that you can do with more complicated challenges.
I have a t300rs and since more than a year i find that the sensitivity has changed a lot before i could really increase it and have a direct response but now i feel like i can't even take a big clean turn anymore is it the physics of the game that changed or just my steering wheel i'm desperate...
