I am bit confused as regards the question 28.There is not any strong connection between the orator's speech and the answer.How can I possibly identify the right answer ? I do not see a connection( like keywords that suggest the answer ) between "B)plubish articles" and the orator 's speec.Can anyone elucidate that for me please ? Thanks in advance.
