PANCIT GUISADO | Easy Pancit Guisado Recipe |

One of my favorite Filipino food. The simpler, the tastier for me. I don't want it complicated. My reference is the pancit we order from the palengke and it's my favorite. I always think of it every time I crave for pancit and ended up cooking it.
Ingredients: 1/2 kg pork belly
1/4 kg rice noodles • 2 pcs carrot
3 cups snow peas • 2 cup cabbage
1 medium onion • 8 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce • 900 ml water
salt and pepper • fish sauce (optional)
