Best Wakeboard Video Intro Ever?!

- One of the most complex things I've ever been part of in my over 30 years on the water. BUT, also one of the most amazing moments I've ever experienced on or off the water! Rewritten is a wakeboard movie that was released on DVD in approx 2009 and featured different locations. Many of the locations were at the Hyperlite team riders home lakes in Orlando and this first opening shot was at JD Webb's lake. Hope you enjoy watching as much as I do and I still get goose bumps every time I watch it. Enjoy your ride!

In the rewritten dvd, I saw Richard Johnson flew the plane you wakeboarded behind. My dad grew up skiing with Richard in his sn2001 in the 80s on the chain of lakes. What a small world.

That's such an awesome shot.. it almost gives you chills watching it especially if you love wakeboarding. Even for an amateur like me it just makes me want to jump on my wakeboard and go for it. I think a cool idea would be for boats together with each wakeboarder using the other boats wake to do tricks. Kind of like a pendulum swinging back and forth in unison
Rewritten kinda announced Hyperlite was still around. After the ronix guys left and the Hyperlite super team was no more this video came out and blew everyone away, especially the intro. It was also peak Jimmy, peak Chris-0 (I think he got Alliance ROTY that year) and everyone else rod eat a high level as well. I wish there were more full videos these days...

It's called Rewritten and I don't think you'll be able to download it anywhere. Might be able to find a DVD copy somewhere on ebay

Probably a copyright thing. I had to go to bat w YT to let them know we have rights to the song. Working on getting the entire video on the Hyperlite channel but it may take some time to go through that process w the entire video.
You should do the same thing, but no double up, not staggered, and have one rider cut continuously across the whole line up by trading handles.

its crazy to think that a sub 1000$ racing drone and a good go pro and a good pilot could massively out perform the video captured by a helicopter. Helicopters are entirely obsolete for this application now.
Hit It and May Day had better intros than this.
