      @Adel Aseeri I am in sales. Although it might be the truth, the buyer doesn't know that. You are asking the buyer to believe you without a reason. Why would anyone believe you just because you asked?
      A great sales person does not need to ask for someone to believe them just because...

      @@greggarcia7324 sometimes a buyer wants something that is truly not right for them that's when I used the phrase 'believe me' and steered them away from something and there are other examples, I do agree though it's not a good phrase to use but it's not an automatic lie if used.

    Love this man. I'm currently having to go door to door selling my services (home inspections) that can save people a lot of money, I need to doorstep as flyers don't do it justice and ads are too expensive. Jordan Belfort is the only thing, other than family, getting me through the shit interactions and slammed doors.

      Have you tried reaching out to realtors? They are a much better option as they will already have buyers under contract when a home inspection is needed… sounds like your trying to sell to the wrong people if they already own the home, your to late

    People calling him a conman as if this isn’t good advice. Communicating better can help you in any field and most aspects of your life. Regardless of how you feel about him, this is solid advice to anybody 👍🏻

      I think that would be the case for most people. But one thing to consider is his target audience were people that were looking to one up the market and make money from stocks, so when an 'expert' in finance pitches them like this, they're bound to fall for it. But on the other hand, if a door to door salesman randomly knocked on their door trying to pitch them like this, they'd be real skeptical

      Btw sometimes people don't even want to listen what I know myself it's a good stuff and I just want to let them know. They dont't listen because they are stuck in their way.

    I love door to door salesman heck even the callers from a call center. By the amount of time it takes them i can measure how sincere their story is. Good products sell themselves. You know you are being scammed when people need a lot of convincing.

    He didn’t boast that he taught LEO tonality
    Simply by the way he used his vocal range while on stage.
    He didn’t think twice about offering how he mastered tonality 25-30-35 years ago and how he applied that to LEO who probably knows tonality but not in the same respect as selling finance and how brokers dealer’s communicate amongst each other.
    I had a job interview today, and It was over the phone 📞 and I found myself answering questions from the interviewer(s) and realized how my tonality was impacting my speech
    I finished the interview and called my parents.
    Two hours later the company called with an offer and a step up due to my experience.
