Oh shit, I actually guessed Chile. The trees on the far side are eucalyptus trees, which though native to Australia were brought to Chile as a way of getting flexible yet strong wood for mine shaft supports and sleepers. Chile has a rich wine culture, which would explain the extensive vineyard. Based on the mountains and hills around, this is a valley area, which I think is in the northern-central area.
Helps that I'm from Chile, I guess.
