Definitely hit the sweet spot with this editing pace. Cuts the time down from the full VOD, but still enough commentary so us noobs can understand the guesses
I agree I’m captivated I usually don’t watch long videos unless it’s something very well made
noobs? youre at minimum 20
@@galaxycraftings ???
@@ayooobro you don’t hear the term ‘noob’ that often any more
@@galaxycraftings lmao so what if you don't hear it that much that means it shouldn't be used anymore i mean now the more used term is "bot" ig but it doesn't matter
the best part is the chat guessing completely wrong with such confidence even after the competent folks go through everything
The way they guessed Ohio for every single one
@@SerpySerper56that’s a joke though
"Palm trees, driving on the left, French signs"
"Nebraska"
@@ArthurB26 lmfao
You should do geoguessr with an eyetracker
He has it planned
@@AnselLeveque Nice, I wanna learn his process
I feel like his eyes would move too fast for it
Honestly I just want him to stream playing and talking about his thought process. I think it's wild how he can tell from things like dirt or rocks.
Vouchh
whoever your homie is that is constantly narrating should absolutely pursue a career in calm sports narration haha. he's amazing.
Underrated 😂
Fr I’m hard thinking of him narrating some erotic books
I believe it was ProjectBloom
@@alexisrodriguez7127 or pool
honestly bloom is so good at commentating, he can always keep my attention lol
Another epic event organized by an epic lad, ggs to all players. was fun
Have you considered working for your country's intelligence services? Or have you ever been contacted by such?
@@RunningFlan Yeah, they were scared i would know too much tho so i didnt get the job
You are to good
Gekoloniseerd! Stique with cpe, best ww
Volgende week ff dat nationale toernooi pakken namens de Nederlanders ;))
Thanks for hosting, was a lot of fun playing

I never thought watching random people play Geoguessr would be so fun
To be fair, watching random people probably wouldn't be fun. Watching the best in the world at anything, though, that's a good time.
5:23 that's Volcano El Misty!! I climbed this majestic beast it was so beautiful!
rainbolt i love your vids so much, your such a nice and humble guy. these tournaments are so fun to watch and i watch it all the way. would love to play with you one day, keep up the content 💙
tysm :)
@@georainbolt my absolute pleasure, hope your doing good!
I hate to be that guy but the word “ your” is used for things like possesions, ie: your house, your mom, your food. The correct word would be you’re, if you ever have trouble with which one to use, take apart “you’re” and it becomes you are. ie: you’re amazing
he was literally just proven to be a cheater lmao
@StarForgedTCG proof to back up your claim?
this was my favorite tournament so far, AI gen really made it fun! ggs
you did great bro, good work
What is AI gen?
@@xXxRK0xXx basically the map locations are picked out by an ai, or artificial intelligence. usually locations are hand picked and made able to guess with either signs, bollards, or plates in frame. ai gen can make it super hard since none of those hints are guaranteed.
I know not everyone has time to watch whole video but i think the edit is about perfect!
I never thought i would watch an hour and a half of google street view. I love these displays of skill in the tourneys. Excited for the upcoming content
I would love to see winners interviews after each game. Like asking them to talk about strategy, close rounds, and how they feel about upcoming match ups.
I still kind laugh when I hear things like "hmm yeah thats a chilean lamp post" like my what the fuck 😂
the quality of these tournaments improve every week and its noticeable!! good job on the editing, i also love projectbloom explaining the thought process aswell! keep the good work up!!!
These tournaments are awesome, I always look forward to them. Thanks for hosting this, and thanks to the Geoguessr community as a whole for the dedication and insanity. The wave of popularity and recognition this game is getting is very deserved!
Best vod video yet! Great balance of trimming down vs commentary and content from the tournament. Awesome work!
i think itd be cool to do a 2 out of 3 for the finals. usually the final goes longer than the normal matches in pro esports and some sports in general. (Volleyball and kind of basketball with the playoffs and Baseball with best of 3,5, and 7 increasing the further you get). super exciting games tho, GG’s!👍
100% think finals should be best of 3 !! would be so cool.
25:41 Rainbolt has a good point lol
Awesome to participate as always rainbolt, ggs to everyone who played!
First time watching your content and stayed to watch the whole tournament. Awesome content, looking forward to the next one!
these are always fun to watch and all of the players are amazing !! thank u for organizing them, ur great :]
First time watching a geoguessr tournament no idea why the algorithm gave me this but holy shit you guys are so good, what an entertaining watch!
46:58 I'm more impressed by how he can do 215 - ((4873 - 4856) x 9) in his head in half a second, than I am by his geoguessr skills. Or maybe the sound is de-synced?
yeah it must be the sound or they're both insane at math
this man really inspired me to get involved within the scientific processes of discovering different types of grass specimens
Seems like this ai gen map really loves Peru, Russia, Japan, Taiwan and the balkans. Every other location is one of those.
The editing gets better every tournament, love to see it
Red team in the final match of the 1st round was CRAZYYYYYYYYY
"That'd be cringe if the doesnt know the difference between French Pyrenees architecture and French Alpine architecture"
What a sentence I just got to witness
That made me laugh
better day when rainbolt posts another video, thanks rainbolt cant wait to watch
Very nice game! The way you accurately identified the city of Mirny surprised me. In Russia you find a heating main above the ground, then these are, in all likelihood, northern cities, such as Murmansk, Norilsk, Arkhangelsk, Yakutsk. The ground here is permafrost. Permafrost cannot be heated in construction (for this reason, houses are built on piles). In the North there is even such an expression: "the main thing is not to climb into the ground." If the pipes are buried, they will constantly heat up around the earth and this threatens to be a disaster.
I watched the vid with the eye tracker. I was surprised and impressed to see you guessing the locations like that. That was my introduction to geo guessing. It’s an awesome skill to see you guys using…
Honestly one of the most fun videos to watch, I’m surprised you don’t have at least 300 k, you deserve it.
This is my favorite content here on YT. Please do more of this!
I see a stick at the side of the road...Andora! These guys are ridicilous!
It’s crazy how fast the channel is growing now. Keep it up, man!
Comms are really helpful, thanks to everyone involved
This was crazy. I always love a good old geo tournament
The third guy commenting (21:40) reminds me of Hikaru Nakamura's voice. Kinda cool imagining a chess player narrating geoguessr
I LOVE the commentary! Great job
Perfect editing. Should be this style for future tourneys
The 54:00 netherlands one is actually pretty iconic (near Grebbeberg), one of those things that stique would no doubt have nailed 5k. Great bait.
Thank you for bringing attention and excitement to the Geoguessr community!
Amazing event! GGs to all involved 👏
bro i love these tournaments please keep hosting them
Ggs, amazing tourney as always ! Congrats to stick for winning.
These guys after looking for 1 second at some trees: Yeah definitely Finland
Bro what??
Ziggi's German intuition came through with that nice Mallorca guess :D
germany's 17th state as we call it
Actually so enjoyable to watch, what a treat
This will bu fun to watch in big arena . Proper tournament with fans and big screen.
I love these tournaments so much
Gelotris's voice is just soooo calming
Love what you do man keep up the good work 🙏🙏
tysm!
another great tournament, love watching these, always exciting to see who will win!
commenting at the end of the vid, gg to the winners!
Keep up the amazing content bro you're doing gods work for the community
First geo tournament i ever watch, You and Ludwig raised my interrest. May i suggest some bo3 in finals? Maybe some team chat clips?
I have no idea how this games scoring works but this is insanely impressive. Saw a random meme clip on IG a few weeks ago and just saw this on YT. Had to sit and watch how these insane minds work… crazy impressive
Fun fact, as a dutch guy you automatically go Netherlands on that luxembourg/netherlands guess. It's naturepark the veluwe. The vegetation and the slight hilliness give it away
I like ProjectBloom's commentary, I’m adjusting my plans every Saturday from now on
bro in earth there is only one map
This are the only hour+ videos I can watch to the last second
I actually had to re-watch the video just for the guy at 25:42 oh man that made my day he is absolutely POSTED UP.
i'm currently living in Chelyabinsk xd
emily and I clicked the same spot at the same time in Jordan :P
Our entire team was moving players basically, and this is a tough map for pinpointers-not surprised at an early knockout ^^ still great fun to participate!
Great vid and great tourney rain keep it up
It's so cool to finally find a place you know!! 3:44 is Mis Lake located near Belluno, Italy ❤
Editing is great. Good job man!
Great video, loved the commentary, super interesting to hear the thoughts
Thanks for hosting, Mr. Bolt :)
Ngl found you from Ludwig, now finished everything you have uploaded. Keep it up man, love the content.
i love this always watch the whole thing
I will say, I really loved the whole tourney released unedited. I hope you bring it back Rain. I actually look for it on Sunday. Best content ever. I get you need to turn it down. But the full version is literally the best. Thanks. Xander
hey, viewer from guam here (close to NMI but not :P), i think it’s crazy how you immediately thought of guam & NMI when you saw that location because that’s literally a sum up of guam & saipan (NMI island). great video, i wish you luck in your future geoguesser battles!
Actually entertaining video to watch. I dont even play the game and i still watched the whole thing!
„You have this tall grass which is commonly found in Eswatini“
Great game, these videos are always fun to watch.
25:40
That guy without a shirt on made my day especially the commentating about it being another indication that it’s in Russia 💀
Awesome video keep making bangers!
I'm a bit surprised they wouldn't guess east coast Japan at 1hr 7 mins because I'm pretty sure those big walls are to guard from tsunamis.
if you go as far north as moscow but more inland the paving is just completely different from around the black sea, most visible by a ratio of how worn and old it looks vs how warped it is and how grainy it is with pebbles.
I would love nothing more than to see you team with stique
"The pole behind the bush here might be belgian". Just a different level
14:53 “looking pretty Mexican”💀
I just had 6 straight up ads
When you think it can't get any better rainbolt always proves you wrong! walterSmile
the only way it can get better is if salvado plays hehe
I thought rainbolt was an absolute genius, I didn’t know he could lose in this game
It’s funny how the people that stay inside the most know the most about the outside around the world 🤣
This reminds me of how much I love geoguessr but hate learning the meta 😭
You guys are so good at this. I'm from Taiwan and I don't even know where the place is at 13:44!
Really enjoyed the ai map!
Increases the skill ceiling in my opinion
I was so confussed. i tought you are guessing every round. Didnt realise untill 1 hour
Loved the bait Netherlands location that I instantly recognized, only because I'm from that area.
I love ProjectBloom :P he makes everything hype
Damn, Ziggi is so consistently strong
Really good fun watching this!
the memes about these guys are actually real !!!!! those mountains look european !!!!!
Commentary was absolutely top notch, for a noob like me.
@19:39 guy from the philippines here; while we have this kind of vegetation (around the southern part of the philippines I think) the top part of the electricity pole doesn't look like anything in the philippines. thought this tip might help.
the way they know the difference between latvian and lithuanian yield signs
